- Al Iaquinta returns to Ariel Helwani’s MMA Show to discuss what he’s been up to recently and how the Serra-Longo Fight Team (Aljamain Sterling, Chris Weidman, Merab Dvalishvili) has been doing well in 2020. (9:14) Iaquinta looks back at his experience during UFC 223 fight week when Conor McGregor threw a dolly at a bus carrying fighters. Iaquinta (15:29) ended up stepping in to fight Khabib Nurmagomedov on short notice and (21:15) relives the bout. Iaquinta also breaks down Khabib vs. Justin Gaethje at UFC 254 and (35:04) describes why he doesn’t think Dustin Poirier is doing well negotiating with Conor McGregor on social media.

Al vs Lee 2 was one of the best fights in ufc history. Top 20, top 50, top 100 who knows, ufc has a lot of great fights, especially in the flyweight division, that have by in large been forgotten, but al vs lee 2 is definitely great.
