Thanks for the video. Question I have is the audio. Does the all the inputs tie into the speaker or is only one input able to out put audio from the 2x2?
@@quicktechav so im now looking at just doing 2 50in tvs. Was wondering if you knew best matrix to use for believe would be a 1x2 setup or if you have done a video for that type setup? Thanks in advance
I am assuming if you select Roku for all four TVs you can set each unit to a different channel (e.g watch four different sports channels at the same time).
Thanks for the video! Probably a stupid question but, are you able to watch 2 different channels with cable TV with only 1 HDMI input? Do I need to purchase one with 2 inputs? Thanks!
Does the video wall controller let you do picture in picture? And how would you hook up the sound system if you wanted separate sound i.e. watch a Netflix movie on one half but play the game on the other is there a way to separate the sound?
@@quicktechav So if you have your soundbar on TV #1, and you switched to 2 x 2, you wanna make sure your selected input is going through TV #1 to get the sound…
@@bryanstallings933 you have to find the center of your video wall then measure the tv and mark where you want the side top and bottom of your TVs. I typically mount the bottom TVs first because you have to lift up the tv over the bracket
I’m not a fan of using four separate mounts. They make professional tv wall mounts. They are more expensive, but you don’t have to worry about getting all four measurements correct for the mount. Install looks clean though!
Can I just run each tv from its own TH-cam tv channel on the smart tv? 4 separate pictures? Then merge into one large picture from one of the TVs TH-cam tv channel
You have to have the unit hard wired and your pc to the same network and set your laptop to the same ip scheme as the unit. If you hit info it shows you the ip of the box

How does the sound bar know which input to play the sound from?
I sent to one tv
Great video! How is the 2x2 mounted to wall? Is that the bracket that comes in the box with different screws?
How many remotes do you need to control the tvs? Can you set it up so one remote controls all 4 tvs?
Yes with any control system. Urc, control4 , savant, crestron..
I am assuming if you select Roku for all four TVs you can set each unit to a different channel (e.g watch four different sports channels at the same time).
You'll need 4 different Roku devices for that. Only one Roku is connected. So if each individual tv is on Roku, all 4 will show the same channel/app.
Yes
I like the setup! What's the price range to do a similar job like this if I provide the equipment?

There’s an audio out in the control box! There’s also multiple ways you can layout the screens

You can but not merge to one big picture because hdmi has to go into controller for that and TVs don’t have a hdmi output only input
