The reason people build at their own expense is because goverment has zero plans fir urban constraction.
If this is the law, the documents for the land should state that houses can not be built on these lands so that the buyers are aware, they assumed since they had all their documents that the land was theirs to use as they chose. The government should make it absolutely clear that homes can not be built here. These are poor people who have struggled to buy and build on this land, it’s like they are being set up by their own country and the government could care less about them. Their human rights are being taken away from them because of who they are!!!

The accusation report is super broad. The mother is being accused of "damaging several cars" with no specific incident. This is crazy. How can the judge accept such broad report with no details of the alleged incident??? Makes no sense. This case should be thrown out. The police report is lacking too much.
