A little bit of that pasta water, half a ladle 💦 could be added to the sauce , as it is full of starch and makes for a glossy sauce 👌 massive lobster 🦞 Smash is a lucky dog !

Great vid, tasty looking feed there lobster pasta hard to beat a bit of tomato paste would have made it even better, whats your daily catch limit on the Orma's, curios to know.
I don't get big lobsters because they are the best at breeding the females and they often get overcooked because of how thick their shells are. I suggest letting them go to breed the females and go for smaller 1.5-2 pounders.
Lovely size lobster. I recall in some of your previous foraging videos you used to measure ormers on rock before taking them off to avoid damaging the foot is there a reason why you stopped doing that? No judgment just curious
I still do , some ormers are ready to fall off the rock so I take them off an measure , I don’t pull any off if there stud on tight.thanks for watching
The size of the lobster doesn't matter, bring water to a hard boiling point, then add lobster and wait until water is boiling again....cook for 5 or 6 mins and out.....perfection! p.s. do not add sweet chilli sauce LOL.....JUST ADD MELTED BUTTER, and enjoy the full flavour of the lobster.
Been a fan for a couple of abalone seasons and I have to say, no one does it better! Here in Texas, that delicious morsel is only found in fancy ass restaurants 😢 it’d be a shame if you started selling it hose bad boys in his way😎😎😎🤠

Abalone were so popular here in British Columbia Canada, there has been no harvest allowed since 1990.
and by popular I mean they are endangered here.
