I occasionally watch your videos and you always give me a challenge in my life. This is really nice . I have always wanted to start using notion but I feel it is a bit complex but thank you for the video. A lot of insights and a view on how to be productive. I am still in campus but I love this. It can help me plan my classes for the semester. Thank you

Thank you Ian for watching! Yes, Notion is so flexible that it can be hard to envision what to do with it at first, but just start small or with a template :) And it’s perfect (and if I’m not wrong, free) for students!

Once again, a great and insightful video Aino! I previously, up until now, didn't know much about the 'second brain' concept but from what you've shared, it seems like a really great productivity tool that I can't wait to explore more of-- thanks for the Nortion app suggestion too.
A challenge that I can say I've had is with regards to building better habits. I know how important and impactful habits are and thats why I know how essential it is to develop good ones esp at a young age. I've often a hard time to master the needed discipline and courage to sustain me through the habits formation process as I am sure you know it's a really tough one.
However, from a read I stumbled upon recently, I realized it's a more psychological process than I thought in which one has to change to their personal beliefs with regards to the type of people they want to be (outcome) for the routine change or habit that they are trying to build to be effective at all. The book is Atomic Habits by James Clear though I haven't finished reading it but I must say it's a really great book.
I would really like to hear your take on that and how your habit formation journeys usually are and how you deal with the struggles that come with them.
Lastly, I know I may come off as selfish with this but I just love reading books esp those about topics I'm interested in like productivity and so if its okay can I also throw my hat in for this one?
Thanks once again for the great video!

Hehe you can throw your hat in, we’ll see what happens!
Honestly, habit formation is a tough one for me too, as I didn’t form many of the basic maintenance habits that seem to be second nature for some when I was growing up.
I’m actually considering setting myself a challenge regarding habits and I’d love to make video out of it - and probably document it in short form on Insta and TikTok.
