I love Colin. And as a former homeless person, i give him kudos for helping out the less fortunate and giving people hope and a 2nd chance. We need more people like him who truely care. I came across alot of rude remarks and assumptions from strangers when me n my kids were pan handling n riding buses to keep warm.

He caught me off guard when he started almost crying.

I broke into tears watching Collin becoming emotional talking about homeless people. That is a real problem everyone needs to looked into. Governments should come forward to address this real issue.

I have always enjoyed Colin Farrell's work, but when he teared up about the mass homeless is what made me admire him as a human being. It is very refreshing to find out someone you like is a good person. There has been so much of the opposite lately.

He is a very well-spoken actor. Hearing him speak is like listening to an accomplished author. He's profound.

I love how when he spoke of homelessness he motioned in the direction of Hollywood Boulevard. It just immediately popped the bubble of this studio where everything is always fun and funny and superficial, and it's 100 yards from homeless people that are living the opposite existence.

He's apparently one of the legit nicest people in hollywood. Just seems like a really cool dude to have a whiskey with and tell stories.

Collin thanks for reminding us about those less fortunate homeless people around us... Thanks for shedding tears for them...

I think anytime we see homeless we should offer encouragement instead of shame. Being condescending towards a homeless person is the same thing as kicking someone after they've been hit by a car.

One of my favorite actors since day one. And as a European I experienced the same shock the first time I went to the US. The amount of people who are forced out on the streets is truly mind-blowing. That sight never left me....

Fantastic actor. In Bruges is a phenomenally well-written and executed piece of art.

Homelessness just underscores the wide division between rich and poor in America. But nobody seems to care unless it happens to them. Most of us are living paycheck to paycheck and are just one bad year away from being displaced ourselves.

It saddens me to see the homeless people in NYC. Colin is right, something needs to be done. I’m glad he said something.
