Skin Bracer is a great classic. Barbasol Brisk Aftershave actually smells & performs just like Skin Bracer but has a bit more Menthol...... I like it better than Skin Bracer. Congratulations on reaching 200 subscribers 👍😎
Love Skin Bracer! Such a nice scent and the menthol coolness is awesome. I just ordered some Afta aftershave balm to try out. I usually pare Skin Bracer with Palmolive Shaving Cream. They're both classics and made by the same company.
Nice shave. I don't really use unscented soaps. I like having the scent there. Skinbracer is alright. Not my favorite, but not bad. Menthol is always welcome, whether in the soap or in the aftershave or both. Lol. Thanks, Dave!
It is a Classic scent. The issue I have is when I wear Skin Bracer, Aqua Velva, Old Spice or Brut I get comments that I smell like a Grandpa at work. I hate that! Only wear it on my days off.
Heck no man! I’m 24 and wear those every day. Screw other people’s opinions, my lady likes it and I do to! At least it’s not Axe or another Aqua Di Gio clone LOL!
@@TheDaveShaves I use a Norelco series 5100 it’s pretty good, gets about as smooth a shave as XTG with a manual razor for me. You just have to use a light touch on the neck because if you dig it will give you irritation. It comes with an attachable trimmer head, that is actually full sized, which is useful for edging up side burns or a beard.
Great smelling aftershave. In my regular rotation.💈
I've used Skin Bracer for years. It's a classic.
A personal favorite of mine, Dave!

Thanks! I’ll have to try barbasol brisk.

I love Palmolive!
@@TheDaveShaves Can't go wrong with Palmolive shaving cream! I just wish the tubes were a little bigger like the Proraso tubes are.
Yes, I agree. I’ve had the same thought.

I don’t usually like unscented soaps either. I used it as a control, so I could give a thorough unadulterated review.

Yeah, I could totally see that happening. That’s why I don’t wear those often, either.
I wear it whenever lol. I could give a crap what people say lol. I enjoy the older scents.
Damn 😂🙌🙌

Another classic video from the Dave who shaves.
I don't know what they changed but it used to sting a little in the past. Now it doesn't, I kinda miss that.
I love a good sting!
My Dad uses Skin Bracer and Old Spice. He won't use anything else 😂 but he's been using the same stuff for like 40 years plus.
@Dave Shaves does that one smell like the barbasol brisk but better?
Honestly, I’ve never used Barbasol Brisk, but I’ll check it out and find out!
@@TheDaveShaves it's already hit online discounters
I wet shave with a Philips Rotary shaver and Nivea shave gel, skin bracer is just the cherry on top 🤌🍒
I want to try that razor. How is it??
