This batteries have protection board inside (contacts he soldered to is contacts of this board), so each battery will charge/discharge on its own even when connected in parallel.

Super bad idea as there is no charge monitor and control circuit for the batteries, which is a necessary safety feature for charging Lithium batteries. This circuit is contained in cell phone and any battery charger, but apparently not in the batteries in this design..

Charger gets too hot when connected to the socket. Lithium ion batteries may catch fire or may leak at such temperatures. If not, battery life will degrade sooner than expected.

I get this is a good way to re-use stuff but at least add the core functionality of a power bank. It could have been a cool invention but it turned into a useless waste of batteries and a plug that could be used for literally anything else. It is really stupid to connect lipo batteries in parallel. They will discharge themselves because of the disbalance which will exist so long as they are connected. The reason for that is that you ne er will finde two batteries with exactly same parameters.
