Schools are too focused on pushing transgender social acceptance that they don't care about things in this movie. It truly is up to the parents to teach relationship safety to teens.
This needs be covered in schools age appriopriage begining in grade school as its common problem a d would not be a bad idea to incude in collge cause people run into this at this age too..well any age..and more resources and places fir help and ways to escape such oeople and for friends and family of tnose who seal deal with people even single people benifit
@@FlashDance002 again...schools are too focused on gender identity and acceptance right now. I beg you to make it stop so relationship safety can be taught!!!!
This is why, as a mother, I would never allow my 14 year old daughter to have a boyfriend. They are still children and not equipped for all the emotional drama that a relationship at that age provokes. I read that the girl involved had been dating this boy for 2 years which means she was 12 when they first met. Too young. Why do parents want their children to grow up so fast?
At the first sign of a red flag, is when you run away, iven after he begs you for forgiveness don't stay n give him or her(yes there are girls that abuse man)a second chance to hurt you, the more chances you give them, the worst it gets.RUN RUN RUN FROM ABUSERS N BE PROUD YOU DID .
Abuser will always be abusers you woman run before is late... This movie portrait reality put yourself in the name of God ... don't be afraid and run from the abuser...❤
So this was made in 1996 and here we are in 2024 with the horrendous behaviour still happening!!! Yes thus should be shown in schools, absolutely. I have spent the last 6 years working with male perpetrators of dfv but had to close my charity a couple of mths ago as we can't get funding. It infuriates me that still this happens and no one will provide funds for those of us that are trying to put an end to this horror!!!!!😡😡😡this movie was done very well for it's time portraying how control can be so dangerous and how it affects the victim
Be careful of roses. They do have thorns. And leave at the first red flag if the boy hurts you and hits you even if he makes excuses with roses. Run RUN. A guy who once hits you wil hit you again ..leave for the respect of yourself..dont stay !! 😢

Thats why this TV movie IS called no ONE WOULD TELL because no one defended Stacy or cared for her when She had bruises and was beaten No one had the courage to tell stacies mother that She was beaten. Unfortunately.
@@Theaddora Ive watched the movie many times. The girls mentioned he was the perfect guy, nice body, cute, smart, sweet but nowhere did any on them say he was 'hot'. Are you sure you have watched the movie? lol. PS, 'stud' and 'hot' are too different things. Neither was mentioned in the movie. Maybe they didn't use stupid labels like 'hot' back then.
She really did Carla was two faced what really was getting me was how she was telling Bobby what Stacy was doing at the bowling alley taking about she was taking to another boy and she wasn't and also when Stacy's friends were asking what happened today night and Carla said it was none of my business like girl please this is a young girl's life at stake I felt like she should've been charged too it's she was helping him
@@VeronicaHarris-qd8yfthe real story is absolutely brutal. She was 14, he was 16, he told people he was going to kill her. His friends helped him dispose of her body and cover it up. Her real name is Amy Carnevale, and Bobby is Jamie Fuller. Tough read, if you want to look it up.
It will be very educational if the schools will play this kind of movies for the teenagers, so they open their eyes to reality.

Thank you. Finally someone who agrees with me on this.
was the boy just as creepy as the actor playing him?
Thank you for uploading a good movie!
What a horrible thing..
One of the hardest to watch movies.

Sad that a teen would succumb to domestic violence before they ever even lived a good life. Careful who you date, people!

Once is a warning, twice is a lesson, and everything after is just an excuse to take advantage.
I think there is many lesson from this story I remember when I was younger watching this on tv
It was scary to me
Bobby's mom was the worse because she enables his behavior
NO THANKYOU! I've had my share of controlling, jealous abusive men.
She so much been beloved by everyone😢
Love can be blind sometimes
A sad but educative movie for teenagers.
Helpful to give a description!!!!!
It's on google
Patches of missing audio throughout film -
Well, according to the late Luther Vandross"heats gets broken allthetime"
The sound goes missing halfway through. Not worth watching without sound.
It works fine w/me. :)
So, everyone who reads comments before deciding to watch or not, it's up to you, your decision.
Sound comes back right after the dance it's only out for a few mins
Aww, you should ask for a refund

Why would they choose Fred Savage to be a stud? He's not even cute.
When did they say he was a stud?? He is just an average guy. I think he did a good job portraying a complete asshole.
@AL-ru3nk you didn't watch the movie, did you? The girls, supposedly, thought he was "hot".

@AL-ru3nk At first I said that they thought he was a stud. Which would be the better word for him, stud or hot? This is a ridiculous conversation.
lol did he change his name ? like Michael savage the radio show host
abuse happens to men as well
why did you feel the need to comment that on a movie about a woman who gets abused? weird and tone deaf af
It's really terrfying: the hold abusers have on their victims. But Carla surely has quite a case of the Bonnie and Clyde Syndrome.

@hypnotizedmeg4201 I know I read about it my sank for her and what really angered me was his own mother trying to break him out
Fred Savage is a real savage in this movie. Never really liked him though
Wheu I know Stacy died, I wanna passed out. I wiss she hanging on, but she's died
