I understand Gohan’s frustration considering the situations he got into, I even understand how he can be mad later down the line when Goku insists on training him to be a better fighter and putting him in danger. But the bad dad allegations all stem from a five-year-old being emotional over situations that were pretty much out of Goku’s control. Fortunately, Gohan outgrows the Goku is a bad dad mentality after becoming a super Saiyan in the hyperbolic time chamber, and it only really comes back when Gohan does have a point during the Cell games.

That was very anticlimatic. Goku just defeated someone that was stated to be the emperor of the universe, and then 3 years later everyone gets killed by some robots.
Nah all the timelines are canon, which is the main one is up for debate, but generally speaking it is argued that Cell's timeline is the mainone.. where all the z fighters are dead, even trunks.
@@Hitoshuratdn Realistically it would be Cell's timeline. The main timeline we watch is obviously not not the original one since its old created thanks to time travel. Otherwise Goku would've died and most likely didn't train either and the others Z Fighters just get demolished like they were supposed to.
We deifnitely need some Future Gohan What-Ifs; The first being where Gohan actually let's Trunks face the Androids, this time the latter being killed which sends Gohan into a fit of rage, unlocking SSJ2, and the second one being a continuation where Gohan meets and defeats Future Cell. The last one where Gohan has been facing off against Goku Black for years, but is unable to defeat him; causing Bulma to resume construction of her Time Machine that likely left abandoned due to Gohan defeating the Androids, thus not needing to go to the past. The only issue with the above is the whole reason the main timeline was created, was because Trunks went back to the past to give Goku the antidote, and Goku being alive eventually resulted in Goku Black, so technically it would just be convenience purposes that Goku Black stumbled across Future Gohan's alternate timeline, and in turn Future Gohan stumbles across the main timeline where Goku was saved by Future Trunks having previously visited, however that could still conflict with where Goku Black came from in the first place. ... or, this would be too far fetched, but perhaps to add a twist, Future Gohan ends up stumbling across GT's timeline instead.
What if we recreate a scenario similar what happened when cell shot Trunk infront of vegeta. Gohan unlock ss2, defeat the androids and go back with the badly injured Trunk to bulma for him to be saved.
I think the idea of Future-Gohan meeting a Future-Videl is pretty interesting, like... having something else to protect, and we know that Videl would always try to participate on the fights against the androids
Unfortunately it's one of the few Ws the game actually has in terms of animation. Sadly the animations on a lot of attacks are strictly inferior to the animations in Tenkaichi 3 or Infinite World, which is saying something considering how much older those games are. This one just has way too many flowery particle effects that look weak and non-impactful and I hate it. It's like they softened a lot of the blasts and punches, like they're all flash and no substance now. In the old games you FELT when a big hit connected. In this, when there's a big beam attack, it's just followed by a puff of way too much smoke and no real weight. I mean for goodness sake the Spirit bomb literally puffs away into energy bubbles. Wtf is that trash? It's a pretty serious let down for me considering all that this game COULD have been.

The way he stands up to Goku black and zamasu are epic it's a real shame he wasn't in the real Goku black arc like imagine he comes back from the other world for one day reveals he can use ssj3 and that he has been training the whole time and because of his crazy potential he has surpassed super Saiyan blue level.
I hope there would be some dialog between Future Gohan and the good Androids. I still laugh when remember Future Trunks find out that Android 18 became Krilin's wife. Imagine Future Gohan in that same situation, that's beyond me 😄
Imagine how the fight against Black and Zamasu might have turned out if Gohan survived. He's show to have the most raw potential other than maybe Broly in the series if he trained seriously.
For that to be possible gohan would need to unlock ssj2 somehow and beat the androids, and then he would need to get his potential unlocked by the elder kai...
@MajinUltraEgo Reread what I wrote. This is a what-if scenario. Something different would have to occur obviously. I didn't even mention what the outcome would be. Just, what if Gohan was alive along with Trunks, Bulma and Mai.
That Goku line kind of hit hard ngl. Goku's plans may have casualties but they always 'work out' in the end because everyone gets wished back, I'd think seeing the results of him screwing up and without a way to fix it would really bother him. Guy got so mad in the Bojack movie that he came back from the dead just to get one punch in, so seeing a version of Gohan he can't do anything about no matter what has got to burn him up.
This Gohan is popular because it's the Gohan the fans wanted. A strong warrior to succeed Goku, not a pointless side character while Goku and Vegeta keep the spotlight forever.
I'm not mad about it. Gohan may not want to follow his father's footsteps, but his daughter, Pan might be different. She has real talent, and actually love to train and fight, as expected of VIdel's daughter, I guess. Children don't always follow their parents' footsteps, and I think it showed well here. The true successor to Goku might not be any of his son, but actually his granddaughter.
Not quite the same, I haven't seen the right angle in sparking, but in the anime future Gohan's hair was a shorter version of Goku's, representing his need to be like him, but not being able to
Remember this Gohan is from the real timeline. The timeline that wasn’t changed because of Trunks. Potentially the Gohan we grew up with before the cell saga

My favorite version of Gohan, he’s got this battle harden seriousness to him but still has that light and fire even though he’s lost everyone and the odds are stacked against him he’s still fighting, true Saiyan right there
The "wimp" went ssj2 as an 11 year old. This guy had every motivation in the world and couldn't find it in him to go ssj2. This version is weak, not a man
His frustration, anxiety and restlesness pulls through so well. He knows that his timeline is as good as gone and that his own home is no longer there, with almost everyone he knows and loves gone, and it's reflected so clearly on who he is...
the character that make me crying at the night when i was kid, always remember that episode of the first future timeline.. poor one arm gohan from future cell saga timeline.. 😭
Ehh I don't get this sentiment One died in a horrible future The other has a family, becoming more powerful and also finally achieve his goal of becoming a scholar
He is the SADDEST DBZ character hands down, he lost everyone, never met the love of his life, also his world is destroyed, and such a contrast with what our Gohan got the experience, and the worst part is, there's nothing that can change that, unlike most time travel stories where the bleak future can still be changed

I really do like the interaction between Gohan and Yajirobe. Yajirobe usually doesn't want anything to do with the chaos and such but he really felt bad he didn't have Senzu Beans on him to save Gohan and Gohan was just happy that Yajirobe was still alive.
You can tell he’s tired of all the fighting all the pain all the suffering and loss. He deserved better. He never enjoyed fighting but was forced into it from the Saiyans, then Frieza and the Androids to finally Cell which broke him and we saw all that bottled up rage finally being released.
It's definitely depressingly dark to see that Future Son Gohan lost so much in his life, not just his arm, but his friends and family while fighting the android remains of his dead dad's enemy, the Red Ribbon Army from the Original Series. He even sounds burned out here, shouldering the destiny of his world waging his war against the aforementioned Androids and protecting Trunks's life trying to give him a fighting chance to survive in case Gohan himself dies.
I thought this was a sad situation, but the like at 0:15 "Even if it was just for a moment, I'm happy to have met you. Take care." Really hit me hard... It's really sad. Another line I heard, which is probably later on, is him saying that he has no family, when fighting against Pan.

But at least he treated Gohan better than he treated his oldest son, Piccolo Jr.
Not allegations, facts.

Kid Trunks: I'm going to kick your ass!
Future Gohan: That's the spirit.
Gohan is the ultimate embodiment of a man's struggles.

It's mega depressing knowing this gohan is from the cannon timeline everything else is a what if scenario
That was very anticlimatic. Goku just defeated someone that was stated to be the emperor of the universe, and then 3 years later everyone gets killed by some robots.
@uncanaldejuegos7056 No, Goku died from the heart virus before the Androids came.
@@fangzgaming5510i know.
We deifnitely need some Future Gohan What-Ifs;
The first being where Gohan actually let's Trunks face the Androids, this time the latter being killed which sends Gohan into a fit of rage, unlocking SSJ2, and the second one being a continuation where Gohan meets and defeats Future Cell.
We already have the answer to the first one it happened in super heroes the androids end up killing both trunks and Bulma
Being able to make custom stories in game probably helps
@@Notpronounswhat episode
I love the fact they finally made Future Gohan only have one arm in these games, massive W!
Everyone: Either apologetic or indifferent.
Zamasu: *Flips the bird*

He literally trained for over a decade and couldn't beat weaker versions of The Androids. What tf are you talking about?
For that to be possible gohan would need to unlock ssj2 somehow and beat the androids, and then he would need to get his potential unlocked by the elder kai...

I kinda wish they gave different lines with Present vs Future Androids.
Like 18 could say something like “I am not that 18, you arrogant little punk.”
Stop the cap 😂
I'm not mad about it. Gohan may not want to follow his father's footsteps, but his daughter, Pan might be different. She has real talent, and actually love to train and fight, as expected of VIdel's daughter, I guess. Children don't always follow their parents' footsteps, and I think it showed well here. The true successor to Goku might not be any of his son, but actually his granddaughter.
I mean, _I_ wanted Future Gohan with one arm as a playable, but okay dude.

Future Trunks and Future Gohan have the most incredible storyline. History of Trunks was such a great movie!

Take care."
