When unfolded and useing any app (not on the home screen), you can long-press the bottom part of the vivo and it will show the task bar. Long-press again can remove the task bar, so it looks cleaner on webpage or ebook apps. Just some tips for you, keep posting great video mate!

you are wrong about the previous version of vivo x fold not having horizontal split screen. i have vivo x fold 1. i got the update about 8 months ago that let apps split horizontal. vivo updated it very well, they listened to the customer, even though it was only Chinese release. i imported my one to Australia. over 2 years and it's still going strong. no issues at all . 👍👍😎

The optimisation is actually very good. All the apps which i have used has been optimised so no issues there. Yes, Android auto out of the box will not work. I have heard there is a workaround for android auto but never tried it.
I'm hearing a lot of positive feedback on VIvo's cameras so I'm still leaning a bit towards it. Hopefully it becomes available to more countries. But Oneplus has nailed the software for the Open.

In the past I have had Vivo's CN version phones that uses originos 3 and in the AOD options in themes app I can see and download or purchase additional AOD's, but on my newest Vivo x fold 3 pro which uses the same OS version as the X100 pro. However the option for purchase additional AOD in themes is not there, all I see is Themes, Fonts, wallpaper, live wallpaper, ringtones and input method. What about yours? You are right these things are not light weight they are heavy. However, all flagship phones these days are heavy. being a foldable phone the weight distribution in this one is good so its manageable compared with Pixel fold which is short and very heavy and u can feel it.
Hi. I don't have any issues with notifications. However, with gmail and only with gmail u need to make 1 adjustment. You need to go to gmail app and sync the emails and set it to all. And after that the gmail notifications work fine. Not just in this phone but a few android phones recently have this issue

Open Gmail > 3 lines on top left > settings > then click on your email > Inbox - Default Inbox > Notifications ( Email notifications) - make sure its on ALL > Inbox notifications - Sync messages - make sure its on ALL, also make sure Notify for every message is ticked and also Label notifications(optional) . Also last step in manage labels make sure all of them are sync in all set to ALL. Apart from that make sure your system notification is set to receive Gmail notifications(which i feel should have been enabled by default - but just check).

The front screen is just like any other candy bar style phone which is a big big bonus. The biggest advantage is u r getting a bigger/Taller display compared to oneplus open and also light weight and 5700mAh battery which is just insane.

I have both and the vivo x 3 pro is just an amazing device the camera is better as well as brightness, I find notifications on the OnePlus can be delayed

Waiting for the 6 release and ultra if the outer still small I'm switching to vivo
@@manishm7197 now OnePlus open is cheaper however the Chinese version of vivo is still cheaper than OnePlus open. Vivo global launched in India is expensive however, if they give 15k discount plus 10k further discount if you pay by HDFC or ICICI CC I think and that makes the vivo global cheaper than the OnePlus open.
