I drove a bandbus for many years (basically an overgrown RV) , I always used an electrocuter with a fluorescent bulb inside behind a grill , like the type you see in butchers shops . I bought it at a garden centre , they're brilliant and clear all flying insects including mosquitos
I agree you have to take Le petit tren, and Colmar and Eastern France is so beautiful. Those paintings of windows are superb. Great video and good music
Thanks. Went back and watched what I slept through last night. That painted wall, amazing. See what you mean about the service point, we carry gloves and spray cleaner to wipe the hose end, always run a little water first before putting into the van. When I got to the view down the Canal, done that on a jigsaw.
Well done, you did what you thought was right. I'm following another couple who, on their first day in Europe had their dog attacked by another on a beach and spent the next 3days at hospitals (because the wife was bitten) and the dog ended up having to have an op at a vets (once they found one!) very scary. I must admit the French do not seem to bother disciplining their dogs and let them run riot in places where there are people, children and other dogs without any thought. Good on the site owner making them move on.
That service point did not look the best . I would have given that one a miss. We only use ones where we use our hose . Right hand at the back of the casette will be better forthe air in valve with right thumb. . That looked awkward. Colmar looked good as it been on my visit list for a while now.
Hi good point about the dog Nobody should be intimidated by any dogs please view the vlog by Ruth Aisling when She was attacked by a large dog in france it might be an idea to carry a pepper spray.
I think you have to be licensed and trained to own a Rotty here in France. They also need to be muzzled when out and about. This is why they legged it immediately, I reckon!
That's what I read. If my memory serves me correctly they were Belgian and I'm not sure what the rules are there. From what I've read they don't have the same laws. Thanks 🙏🏼

Wow that's awful! Yes. We all have to be responsible dog owners. Thanks Diane x
We have a statue of Liberty in Cleguerec and Gourin, here in Brittany. There are other's in France!
Wow it's everywhere! Thanks 🙏🏼

Oh my that's awful! You're right though, being a responsible owner is key.

If you bring a dog into a country, you have to abide by the law of that country. So, they should be licensed and dog muzzled.
We have a Belgian Malinois. We know he's an a**hole, he is always on the lead with people about. 😅
Ahh thats sad it probably ruined there holiday
I hope not, but hopefully made them think about keeping the dog and everyone around safe.
