  • In this video, we're going to compare TWO popular tinted mineral sunscreens. First, we'll take a look at Lightsaver Sunscreen. This sunscreen is perfect for combo/oily skin types and is SPF 33 and has a perfect neutral undertone.
Next, we'll take a look at IS Clinical Eclipse Sunscreen. This sunscreen is SPF 50+, but is better suited for normal to dry skin. Which sunscreen is the best for you? Watch to find out!

I also like the slight pigment (not full coverage like some tinted mineral sunscreens). Thanks for the reviews!

Thank you for all of your great content! I have some video topic ideas that I don't see anyone doing, but I'd love to see: rating sunscreens based on how fast and how much they dry down (for those of us that wear glasses - you know what I'm talking about!), using one mineral sunscreen to start the day but then reapplying with a different mineral sunscreen later (say if you have one you like to start the day with and one to keep in your bag), trying different setting sprays over mineral sunscreens, and definitely more videos about tinted sunscreen and foundation pairings.

I’m excited to see the lightsaver demo and review. I’ve been wondering about it and this was very helpful, thanks

I felt the same way about the Wonderglow but now they have multiple shades. I have only tried the one shade product but maybe you'll like the other shades. The lightest shade could be good for winter.

I’ve seen the new shades, but honestly I just don’t need a glowy sunscreen like that. My skincare gives me a glow just as easily 😂

I have a dry skin with minimal acne signs but I don’t enjoy the dewy on the skin I am more for matte or satin finish. I make sure to put a moisturizer before sunscreen and maybe go for lightsaver this time. One of my favorite of all I have tried is Beekman 1802 Tinted 43 spf, and I am looking for more options because is $48 for 1oz.

I have very dry skin so the IS may be one I try. But i dont love shiny. I dont think a sunscreen thats not shiny for dry skin exists.

I've been going through your videos and now feel like I know nothing about sunscreen but happy to learn from you LOL! What is your favorite tinted sunscreen for drier skin?

Hahah glad you’re open to learning and glad you’re here! That is a very hard question so instead I’ll reference this video I made. I will be making an updated one soon too 🤗

Sometimes flaking around the mouth has to do with acidity in the body. I've been seeing an Ayurveda doctor.

1% zinc is not enough to be broad spectrum, even if it had butyloctyl salicylate which I don’t think it does, that only blocks a portion of the uvb spectrum same as titanium dioxide. I am not sure how they can call it broad spectrum when there is nothing to block the majority UVA. I bought the product assuming there was a decent amount of zinc I should have checked my nose was red after just walking around a zoo with my family for a couple hours and I reapplied and still got a slight burn. I am wondering if anyone else has had a similar experience. I don’t think it should be relied on as your only sun protection.🫠

I find it protects me very well. Is clinical
Confirmed that eclipse spf 50+ is broad spectrum according to all international standards. Remember: you get different forms of titanium dioxide, and companies will
Blend different particle sizes for different spectra of UV light, so that’s also helping!
