On the patient’s upper right side the pink gingival tissue is a few millimeters higher. Why didn’t the surgeon grind down the bone a little bit so both sides match while making the prosthesis. So the ginger for tissue can be pretty even on both sides.

How come on the underneath side where the hose are behind the teeth you leave it white. Why don’t you color that the color of the gums as well so when the person opens their mouth wide you don’t see all that white? Only the teeth should be white on the underneath by the pallet? Maybe I’m missing some thing or a reason why they can’t be done
When he was using the spin wheel to cut in between the teeth it look like he was going to slice his finger. I wonder if that thing can cut skin or not. I would assume so if it’s cutting through that dental material

I had a i think its called a bridge my top 4 front teeth, well it broke off at the start of the pandemic and I've been like this for months! I've lost so much weight I'm even embarrassed to talk to my grandkids they are probably afraid of me! And I don't have the best insurance do labs in Illinois use this technology when the dentist sends the prescription for them to do the work? I have bad gag reflex so when I seen these I was thrilled till I realized my insurance probably won't cover them! I actually have an appointment today for a dentist and I'm scared I'm gonna end up with traditional bulky teeth. Does anyone know who can help me this has come to the point that I don't have much time left I have to get something! I've lost to much weight and the added pain to my mouth is horrible On top of the pain I already have!

the gum follows where the patient's bone was. This patient had lost more bone of one side than the other. I'm a dentist, BTW.

Why not use adhesive strips instead of implant screws?
Implants are screwed into your jaw bone and the denture is screwed into that. Way better than using denture adhesive on an edentulous ridge.
