The design is ok. It's even larger than some housing units that NHT has for sale.
However, I would assume that the first or 2nd door you opened in the living room to exit on the back Patio is a "mesh door" to keep the bugs & mosquitos out?
Also, vehicles have Sunroof, the window in the bathroom ceiling is a Skylight.
I don't want to be that Karen on TH-cam but how can the Camelot Village apartments go from selling for $17,000,000 and up in 2020-2021 to costing $34,000,000 in 2023? Somebody who is a valuator please explain to me.

This property is very expensive and it's not good looking. Cheap backsplash and cabinets. Bathroom is bland! Who uses louver windows anymore? Not worth the money!

Townhouse- Backslash looks cheap, paint color is atrocious. I get it's an island 🏝 but the paint color was an automatic turn off plus no dishwasher 😢

Bad design 1st fl. Nobody wants a bathroom in the kitchen, should have gone under the stairs & where the bathroom is should be a pantry. Why is the refrigerator in the middle of the kichen floor, looks like when standing at the sink the back of refrigerator is in your face. The back splash is very ugly. Paint throughout should nuetral, why the green paint it's horrific. Also, Laundry belongs on the same floor as bedrooms! Other than those it's nice. Is it really 2 mins to the beach? Doubt it maybe 8-10 by car.

If a person buys the house and don't like the green paint can they change it cause that colour is really ugly and don't match the atmosphere. It's giving that rush vibes, plus the living room needs more space for comfort....waste of money
I read the comments before watching the video and you were not lying about the green paint. Man. I'm not a design diva or expert by any means but it's much. And the backsplash is not for that space.

Gosh really not a nice design. The lounge area especially horrible and so small. There is no way it is worth the money. Also where am earth in that back yard would one put a “small swimming pool”. Also the aspect at the back looking out to water tanks on other properties. It would just be good to have realtors do the real talk when trying to sell a property especially when we are living abroad and seriously looking to buy.

The front design of the building has no appealing look. All fixtures are builder grades. ( Cheapest fixtures). Back yard space is a big joke. Anyone who pays that amount of monies for us a New Fool. The developer lost there rassclath minds
