I totally see why I makes more sense to do the podcasts in this format. The thing that I loved about the way you were answering individuals' questions is because I thought it seemed more personal and would have to have more of an impact on the person asking the question when their name was used and they felt like it was actually them that were being addressed. Love the podcast either way. Keep up what you're doing!

I’m with Abby! Long time listeners at this point are starting to be able to answer these same questions coming in, having heard you address them several times.
I will say, I have tried to go back to find old episodes to share with people but the title of them is only about one question so consolidating the same types of questions per episode will be so helpful!

I truly appreciate the new format. As was said, it's much better to answer a general question that you're seeing multiple times than answering very similar questions over and over and over.

I really like this new format. I have listened to or watched ALL of Granger's podcasts going back to early 2019, and I think this is my favorite format so far. I enjoy the deep Biblical conversations discussed alone or with a guest. I was getting tired of hearing the same questions over and over, but Granger always had new wisdom to share with each answer.

I'm going through that right now. I'm writing and have submitted my children's book manuscript but it's been many many years to write it but now I don't have the money to get it working, published. It's starting to feel like it won't happen or it's just a dream that I should give up on. I want to turn the writing of the book, doing it during pandemic, losing 2 jobs, 2 siblings passed in 2023 into a movie as a way to inspire people what can happen when the Holly Spirit is working in you during challenging times. I believe the Holly Spirit gives us visions of what God wants us to do.

I like both. With the Q&A, some of the questions were getting redundant and I knew what you'd say before you were even done reading the email. However, the Q&A was more personal. For someone going through rough stuff, just hearing Granger speaking to you is a huge boost of encouragement.
I also really like the topical podcasts because you know what you're going to get and it's easier to find an episode to go back and listen or recommend a specific one.
That being said, I think doing a rotation of Q&A, topical, and live podcasts would be a great idea. Or even doing a mash-up of answering a collection of topical emails.
But, it's your podcast, do what you want, and know I'll still be listening every week! It's one of the highlights of my Mondays! Thanks for the emphasis on worldview and critical thinking!!!!
And good job, Ant Man! It was great to hear from him and learn more about him!

The old format is alot more personal so people feel you are sitting there as a friend sitting next to them. Not answering 56 emails of similiar context.

I love the new way the podcast is going. It’s a great mix between the original podcast you started- by telling your stories and what it ended up becoming. Personally I was getting sick of the same questions over and over and I was always thinking to myself “he already answered this” and I stopped listening. Loving this mix!

When something is over produced it’s impersonal. This podcast is begging to feel over produced. My viewing time has decreased. Just my opinion. What drew me to the podcast was the answers to each question.

Spend time with family. Working to have money isn't everything. I missed out on a lot bc I wanted to work every day to have money to spend, even though it helped out the family when they needed the help finically.

Granger I really appreciated the deep dive back into our pasts with a question we should all ask ourselves. It was great to see and have Antman on the podcast as well, he had great insight. He does so much behind the scenes, it’s nice to visit with him a bit on this side of the camera. My big takeaway was the me, me, me attitude I had at 18. Maybe we all have it. The world revolved around me and my choices or so I thought. At 49 I’m just now getting to know the Lord the right way. Having always had faith and always believed led me to think I was covered for so long. The biggest gift I could give my 18 year old self is a right relationship with the Lord. Oh how that alone would have drastically changed the course of my life. I don’t want to wish for too much change, because I have two beautiful daughters I’d never trade for. So, maybe some of the 18yr olds watching/listening today will take the advice. Then again maybe they will be headstrong like I was, thinking I knew it all and go my own way. Some people just have to learn the hard way. Blessings ❤😊

Love the I, I , I falsehoods. Like jenga, "I" is going to crumble sometime. If you stay close to God, you will be whole, know that you are loved and safe/saved.
Hey G and Antman, I like this change, but I think realistically, if I had a "common question," would I go back to search for it?
My two cents is that people want to feel seen and heard in their question. It must be an honor to have your question chosen. Then, you get to be a witness to Grangers unwavering faith & investment in you, where he is saying your name & answering your question. Some of those added words of encouragement will never make it onto these cataloged podcast questions. LiveLikeRiv - spontananity & Jesus!!! YeeYee

Who you are today is a great man. What if who I am today is NOT a great man? What if I am not successful in my walk with Christ? What if I have accomplished nothing in my life? What if, looking back over the last 33 years, all I can see is a life of struggle and mistakes?

Ohhh. Tough subject, for me it would be a rough one because I was pretty dumb.😂 no I’m less dumb I guess but but my younger self was really really dumb😅
The problem is most of us would go back in time and talk to or 18-year-old self and our 18-year-old self roll their eyes and ignore them and think that they were a bunch of old fogeys spewing nonsense lol. Some we just have to learn by experience I guess, I would’ve told myself have faith follow. Jesus listen to him, because your decisions are always way worse than his, and try not to learn things the hard way all that ever proves that we were wrong and should’ve trusted God Begin with. Problem is again we wouldn’t listen to ourselves. Other people told us that, but it’s kinda like a bronc, it’s got to be busted you gotta break it and we have to learn things and that’s what made us who we are if somebody just told us, and we just said OK, and followed the script, we wouldn’t be who we are today we wouldn’t be as equipped And I don’t know that we should want to go back and change it because God put us through stuff for a reason and all of that congeal into who we are today and what us to be. We’re saved ensure of our salvation, I don’t know that you can really do a whole lot better so it may not be something you wanna mess with, and I don’t know if I’d go back and mess with my younger self. 🤔. I think the only thing would make the effort to actually go. Tell myself would be to be less tolerant and respect, warning flags and turn them into red flags and don’t waste time on people and things that aren’t worth it or aren’t that important and not stress to trust the Lord and try and enjoy it More instead of trying to fix everything all the time and wasting your life doing stuff for other people who may may not have deserved it. But even that I’m really not sure I would bother because everything we do is part of creating who we are. I’m not perfect but maybe God put us where we are for a reason and we shouldn’t think ourselves so awesome that we could go back and fix it if we had that ability. Maybe we had to go through what we went through to be what we needed to be and we’re probably still in that process even now. 🤔
