Jimin trained in martial arts like kumdo and TaeKwonDo for 7-8 years and I think that is the foundation of his core strength and flexibility. I have read that his contemporary dance training at his Busan arts high school was roughly only *eight months*, because he moved to Seoul in May 2012. I think people have the wrong impression that the bulk of Jimin's training and influence lay in modern dance.

Even I just know some week ago that he got to that dance school from winning a dance competition which is NOT a contemporary dance

Ah yes Tomorrow, by far one of my favorite BTS songs. I remember listening to this for the first time years ago and was sobbing when reading the lyrics. Man when I tell you those lyrics touched my heart, I truly mean it. It's really a comforting song for me. I have never gotten sick of this song, actually the more I listen to it the better it gets, like fine wine aging over the years.
this brings so many memories I feel like crying, my ultimate favorite song, I remember I always used to listen to this song on the bus to school, this song really opens your eyes, the lyrics really does hit right in the heart.
This live performance is an example why they are so professional to the point that it will make me cry. None of them are in a perfect condition to sing this without straining except Tae because his part is very easy for his range. But they sang it cleanly. Mad respect to Jungkook, that boy at that age is a beast. This performance shows how LOUD their mics are and how LOW the background vocals are(welp, I'm almost sure there is zero bg vocals here). And yet they are sweating as hell. But they delivered this performance with so much passion and talent.
I can´t express how much I love this song; it has been so underrated. The whole composition is so magical, part of it being catchy, part of it upbeat and energetic, some of it sexy, other part almost hauntingly beautiful. Even super sharp distortion of Tae´s vocals blend really well. Written and produced by Suga, why am I even surprised it is such a masterpiece . Electric guitar is indeed very pronounced on this track - a tell tell sign Min Yoongi is behind it - he loves to use electric guitars a lot!!
Jimin is all kinds of flexible, there is a whole compilation about it, you should react to it! Also I'm not sure if Jimin exercises very much anymore, but his amazing backside is from years and years of dancing.
