It’s not always even about the solution to “the problem.” Most of the time it’s about what God is doing to deepen the relationship, and what He’s working in our character.

I find the extravagant faithfulness of God to be one of the most mesmerising aspect of His virtues.

I think this is why the Lord told the Israelites to retell the stories of how He was present with them, guided them, saved them. Re-telling or revisiting scripture - and scripture he spoke to us - brings us back to his presence and love and might and truth

when i was in my difficulty, there is no one to help me through. I pray to Jesus help. But the situation didn't change, it turns to no hope at all. I feel he doesn't want to help me by my request. one day, when i draw a painting, it reveals Jesus bore me on his back, we were through fires, he turned his head and told me " it's gonna be all right." then he said, if I don't answer your prayer, it means I am going to bring you pass together. "...yes, it's true, no harm as I thought, i was just so scare. so i just lean on him at that moment, like a helpless girl. i learned just lean on him, let him do it.
