Great when both parents and children actively participate in sports day. Despite Diannas initial reluctance to add another physical day to her already very physical schedule she competed like a star. Kyungho also showed his sporting prowess winning the very useful sponges 🧽 😊Dianne and Kyungho are getting younger. They look great.

I’m really glad that Kyangho convinced you to go, although you’re tired these are wonderful memories with your kids. Making special moments everyday when children are small are so important since they grow so fast…as a mother of 3 I know this now that my kids are all adults now. Jun and Minji are growing so well and grandma is always so caring. Loved this and all your videos 😊❤.

I remember our field days at school, relay races, tug of war, sack bean bag races and getting 1, 2nd and 3rd prizes ❤. Especially playing with teams. All fun and Great memories 🎉
Great! I'm not sure if I had this growing up in the US. There were field trips here and there. But not the parent events like it is here. Still fun to part take in 🥰

If you're so tired, you may be overtraining or not eating enough protein. Your husband does such a great job with the kids.
And Iron is very important for women too! I heard it's most effective if you take it every other day 😊
I'm overtraining. It just comes naturally like a routine in my lifestyle so I have to remind myself to take the weekends off
