The colour filters are usually labeled with the filter factor. For example Y2 is yellow with filter factor of 2. R7, red with filter factor of 7. Take the ISO of the film you are using, and divide it by the filter factor. So for example 400/2 is now 200, 400/7 approximately 50 ISO. You can also divide other parts of the exposure triangle like shutter speed and aperture, but I find it easiest to use ISO.

How do you calculate the compensation to the exposure when using filters?
