To be brutally honest no government is improving Education system, companies demands skillful people but our education system is the one where we spend approx 16 years if life ( 12+4) just to become unemployed. Then what's the point of opening so much school and colleges even IIT's are lacking practical knowledge in Ug courses.
Coaching of various competitive exams and their scholarships are going student out of India or suicidal cases increasing. The is a truth of National Education Policy 2023.
Guys, One thing in life you need to learn is discipline and schools are good at that. Phad me ja the syllabus and all that bullshit. What schools do is to prepare the candidate for real world which is changing every day and schools can’t keep up with the new technologies. Just be disciplined enough to learn new technologies and you will be fine.
Most government schools doesn't even have good teachers , same goes for some private school too. Only by tution or some other means one can excel . I think money factor matters and also matters one thing , the students adaptability to cope up to different situations.
No you are screwed up. Indian education system is not that bad . The curriculum of Even highschool 11th and 12th grade , if you study seriously any stream particularly PCM/PCB , then you can excel in your field. I was also intially complaining but then i compared with other countries school system and it is not that bad. Only mistake is rising of private coaching centre over govt school . I know he is talking about it lacks personality development or entrepreneurship course but still calling it useless is not good. Even IIT /IIM /AIIMS are of top notch college, any poor students can study there after clearing entrance exam at very low cost due to subsidy that govt.provides. I know there are many problems like of Reservation/ innovation/private coaching dependency , but still calling it "useless and screwed up" is not appropriate words.
What ever, every has to respect indian CASTE BASED EDUCATION system. Don't allow to study poor people ( CASTE wise or ECONOMY wise), Feel happy for allowing to study rich people only by telling "CASTE BASED EDUCATION"( doctor, engineer, scientist etc ) As per law, all govt school must ask the CASTE, not the name or surname. Teachers may not teach A,B,C,D... but must ask to CASTE and provide the books etc accordingly, Never treat all the children's (orphan children / beggars / daily labour / farmer / tribal / military etc) equally on all govt schools, Everything should be based on CASTE. CASTE BASED EDUCATION is the best education. Indian govt(After 1947): CASTE BASED EDUCATION, Son of CM/Minister/Govt_employee/ metro tribes is eligible to study ( doctor, engineer, scientist etc ) but orphan children / beggars / daily labour / farmer / tribal / military etc... is not eligible to study. British govt(Before 1947): Every one eligible to study without checking CASTE Thanks to india for encouraging and extending CASTE BASED EDUCATION. Hate British laws due to allowed to study orphan children / beggars / daily labour / farmer / tribal / military etc... without checking the CASTE.
Indian education has a problem; it does not promote skill it promotes learning and mugging by books. A shift is necessary. People who wants to take academics and research as career they need to pursue knowledge which would require a lot of theory with practicals. For the rest we do not need to put pressure on kids to learn things which they do not have any interest on and is mostly unnecessary for work.
I am sad to see those students celebrating the line "Education System screwed up hei" they should be worried about this instead they celebrate! No matter how brilliant you are you can't be an intellectual without manners.
Somewhere I Will Not Agree In That Like School Doesn't Give you Any Development. What Will 1 Year Of Drop Do Someone Personality ? They Had 10 Years Of Personality Development. I Would Encourage To Go Develop Skills Like Sales, Business, Programming Etc. School Will Bring Nothing To You. But I Would Say To Go To School Till 12th. And Just Go To College And Improve Yourself.
There needs to be a more nuanced approach towards thinking about this. 1. Is it a big issue? Loads of Chinese students go to US or UK for their studies. 2. Education in India has become expensive. As Indians we look at value for money. The ROI of studying in a good university outside the country is well-known. 3. We Indians look at studying in other country as a status symbol. Pizza is costlier than Panner Paratha in India :) 4. For Indians who want to settle in other countries, have a better life style, studying in that country makes getting visa and getting a job easier. 5. There is a lot less competition compared to what we face in India. 6. Of course, the education system is a huge issue. If you look at education policy and incentives, there is too much focus on research but the infrastructure or the research culture is yet to be established. But, this is not just unique to India. Even US universities are facing a crisis. It's unfortunate many of the celebrities/influencers just spit out answers that are incorrect or at best misleading. Speaking to a group of young kids who look up to you for inspiration and advice, It's better to provide pros and cons. The examples that he provided of Satya Nadella and Pichai and other Indian-origin CEOs did their under graduation in India and then moved to US for higher studies and job opportunities. Just because lacs of students are going for studies abroad should not be a cause of concern. We are a country of billion plus population. Yes, we have to improve our education system and probably even rethink to suite for the skills necessary for careers of 21st century.
Curren rIndian education system was created by Britishers to produce clerks for British Raj since it was expensive to import workers from Britain in those times .
B.S. The system also produced people like CV Raman, Satyendra Nath Bose, Vikram Sarabhai... Failure has been post independence, where govt nationalised everything. Instead of letting private companies grow and create jobs...it nationalised everything. People get trapped in the charm of IITs, IIMs and UPSC, whereas irrespective of your background, you can be successful if you are a master in your field and passionate about it, which people like Vikram Sarabhai, Satyendra Nath Bose were passionate about their fields.
@@PulkitAgrawal1999 The British never meant to create scientist with that education. The education was for elite mostly or for conversion purposes of the masses hence missionaries were running the schools.
If he have an idea and financial he can work for it rather than only giving his views ans perception. For me if you can't change then don't discuss about it .
Education system in India needs a massive clean up, indeed! Yes, English is world business language; but medium of instruction should be mother tongue even in higher education! Why waste all energy on learning English, when we have no speakers of that language around! Despite all efforts, we cut a sorry figure while speaking English! We can’t become as good as native English speakers! So English learning is a total drag…. Overhaul our education system and have mother tongue as medium of instruction at all levels! Dispense with English language altogether- No colonial mindset pl.
Good point. But we are dependent for the majority of trade , innovations , technology etc. on the western world. So their language, which is English, is required for us to learn. For example, operating systems , programming languages, databases, AI, ML etc.are invented in English. Chinese, Japanese to some extent are successful in achieving many difficult things in their language.
Colonial mindset ka language se kya lena dena? Train bhi British ne invent Kiya tha, use karna chhod de phir. Most of the inventions, even the app which you are using are not indigenous. Focus on why people are not innovative. Why research is not happening. Why are people corrupt. These are real questions. Language is just a medium. Knowledge is important.

Neta log (All party) unpadh hokr bhi crores ka turnover karte hai aur Educated and skilled youth of India is facing huge competition just to survive.
What i fucking hate the most is people who bash our IES but don't have any logical explanation about how to improve it?
Guys, One thing in life you need to learn is discipline and schools are good at that. Phad me ja the syllabus and all that bullshit. What schools do is to prepare the candidate for real world which is changing every day and schools can’t keep up with the new technologies. Just be disciplined enough to learn new technologies and you will be fine.
Most government schools doesn't even have good teachers , same goes for some private school too. Only by tution or some other means one can excel . I think money factor matters and also matters one thing , the students adaptability to cope up to different situations.
SIR I THINK U FORGOT ABOUT GERMANY 🇩🇪 WHEN U ARE SAYING SPENDING "25 LAKHS A YEAR"
Bro he is talking average. By the not everyone goes to Germany.
No you are screwed up.
Indian education system is not that bad . The curriculum of Even highschool 11th and 12th grade , if you study seriously any stream particularly PCM/PCB , then you can excel in your field.
I was also intially complaining but then i compared with other countries school system and
it is not that bad.

He first says that the education system is screwed up. And then he also says to complete your studies. So why should I study? What's the point? 😅
What ever, every has to respect indian CASTE BASED EDUCATION system. Don't allow to study poor people ( CASTE wise or ECONOMY wise), Feel happy for allowing to study rich people only by telling "CASTE BASED EDUCATION"( doctor, engineer, scientist etc )
As per law, all govt school must ask the CASTE, not the name or surname.
British govt(Before 1947): Every one eligible to study without checking CASTE
Thanks to india for encouraging and extending CASTE BASED EDUCATION. Hate British laws due to allowed to study orphan children / beggars / daily labour / farmer / tribal / military etc... without checking the CASTE.
General category should demand there own seperate nation

I agree ❤
Don't state the problem, bring the solution
We never celebrate merit: we feel suffocated because of misplaced caste based reservation! Ugh
Brutal truth
Indian education has a problem; it does not promote skill it promotes learning and mugging by books. A shift is necessary. People who wants to take academics and research as career they need to pursue knowledge which would require a lot of theory with practicals. For the rest we do not need to put pressure on kids to learn things which they do not have any interest on and is mostly unnecessary for work.
I am sad to see those students celebrating the line "Education System screwed up hei" they should be worried about this instead they celebrate!
No matter how brilliant you are you can't be an intellectual without manners.
Sports and Academics along with Extra Curriculars including cultural participation and social service builds a good personality.

Higher studies are a sham, most students want to settle abroad.😂
It's very impressive and realistic.
Spitting facts

People don’t go out for better education but get settle abroad for lifestyle.
U right sir
True
Somewhere I Will Not Agree In That
Like School Doesn't Give you Any Development.
Pizza is costlier than Panner Paratha in India :)
So true
Curren rIndian education system was created by Britishers to produce clerks for British Raj since it was expensive to import workers from Britain in those times .
@@shrishri8898 The job of a clerk is in Indian DNA now. They can’t think beyond that.

Knowledge can't purchase by money but we can purchase degree certificates and inefficient jobs by money in India.
Kindly go to bihar government school.
Majority of students go abroad to settle for quality of life.
