Hi Andrea! Thanks I like my bangs too! I have an excellent hairdresser who knows how to cut bangs! Then I use a flatiron to straighten them or add a little wave. It’s all about the haircut though🥳

How do you do eye make up with small eyes, not much for lashes, far apart eyes, large lids that are veiny and the are deep set eyes. Dark under eyes. I am fair with brown eyes. Average brow to thin. Thank you Suzanne!

@@SuzanneTheBeautyShaman definitely anything regarding deep set eyes! lol I love shimmer eyeshadows I love colorful makeup although I'm 55 y.o. my favorite looks always end up being dark at the outer corner some light shimmer or even metallic on the lid and some highlighting shade on the inner corner and brow bone. I have a hard time creating matte looks lol I just find them not very exciting. Thank you for this channel (I just subscribed) and for your time!

I love your hair color and cut!
I learned makeup application from reading Kevyn Aucoin, Cindy Crawford and Alllure magazine throughout the 90's (my poor eyebrows never fully recovered from the over-tweezed 90's craze). I pretty much do the same thing with my eyes, but prefer liquid liner with a thin brush (I can't do felt tip or pencil). I wish I had more "real estate" like you though! I have a low brow/deep set eye combo, so my mascara encroaches my "real estate" sometimes. :(
That is so common, Kelly. One technique is to apply mascara first, let it dry, and then do the rest of your makeup so that it doesn’t mess it up.
Excellent! BTW, I've also heard suggestions to use painterly (MAC eye primer/color) as a barrier for vertical lip lines. Thoughts?
Hi Diane, sorry this took me so long to respond to! I think you can use Painterly around your lips, frankly I’ve used it to cover scars and even black and blue marks! It’s a great multi use product so give it a go!

Robert jones makeup artist does a video on deep set eyes on youtube which is also very good. He does a purple look.Just another option.
It’s a real struggle ! I hate my deep set eyes in pics I can’t see my eyes . Eyeshadow disappears easily yes I used a primer , concealer etc . I don’t have any darkness . Ugh
hi Marie, yes it a challenge! It sounds like you are on the right track though. Keep your eyeliner really close to your eye and the crease shade minimal and that will all help!

Do you have any tips for using the magnetic lashes? It seems like you have to be heavy on the liner.
Hi Paula, in truth, I haven't tried magnetic lashes. However, with most false lashes, a little liner is helpful. That being said, try them with or without the liner and see what you prefer. You can also apply liner after the lashes are on, that way you don't overuse it.
Yay! For you....I have deep et eyes very prominent brow bone....but your highlighting the brow....is that ok?
Maybe instead try highlighting the inner corner of your eye next to your nose and inner lid instead of the brow bone. Also, be sure to line next to the upper lash line as this will also pop your eyes without overly highlighting the brow bone. Hope this helps! Happy holidays!

I have tons of problem with deep set eyes and mascara. I can only use tube mascara, like “blink” and “thrive” mascaras.
Deep set eyes can be a challenge, but they also are so beautiful!
Do you have any tips for applying mascara to sparse lashes? I end up getting mascara all along my lash line if I don’t use liner, but then that can make my eyes too small 😬
Hi Erika! One of the best ways to work with sparse lashes is to use a Chanel La Base to add volume and strengthen lashes. Then use mascara on top of it like La Volume mascara. That being said, try applying mascara before anything else on your eyes, let it dry, then reapply for fullness. That way, if you get it on your eyelid it won't be a pain to remove and wreck your eye shadow, Other than that, you just have to go slowly and use the tip of the mascara wand to apply on the lashes.
