How to Install WoW Addons - Wotlk Classic

This is a quick guide on how to install addons in World of Warcraft Wrath of the Lich King Classic.
While installing a new addon is a pretty simple, it can be a bit confusing.
This is a great refresher.
1. Download an addon
2. Unzip the folder
3. Move it to your addons folder
4. Locate your addons folder using the battle.net client
5. Click on "Show in Explorer" to find your client folder.
6. Once you have your addon copied into that folder reload the game.
7. Your addon should now be showing up!

well it didnt work for me i had to extract the file directy into the addon folder to see the addon button in the caracter selection screen

Excellent guide but all the WOTLK Classic addons on Legacy site are all out of date in Apr. 2024. I'm sure way back in Sept. 2022 when this video was current they were all up to date. But that's not on you. Thanks for the guide :)
