My assumption is 99% of all Agricultural lands are owned by OTHERS and ZERO% owned by Parpan and Scheduled caste. How come OBC's are owning Agricultural lands. Will the "OTHER" group disown the Agricultural lands and give them to Parpan and Scheduled caste.

Let the government provide caste certificates as "Non Brahmin" caste certificate instead of mentioning the caste and sub-caste with that caste.
