Most likely he would stop it though and try to save Eldian?... Granted, this moral dilemma is far more serious than anything Saitama has dealt with. Considering it is millions of people wantings millions (probably thousands?...) of Eldians to die. Due to them being able to turn into titans.
I feel like it'd be natural for Saitama to stop the Rumbling, but at the same time it's way out of his depth to attempt mitigating thousands of years of racial wars and hatred. He'd probably stop there and pick his nose. lol
But it’s not like Saitamacchi would just go around and be hokage in every universe right? So I’d say he’d use talknojutsu and talk reason. Peace talks first, and hold a gun at every leader of humanity in aot lol
