Yeah I agree completely. I know it doesnt relate much but I watched a Nicki minaj interview awhile ago and the interviewers didnt know what they were talking about. It wasnt good and you could tell. This inter iew is nice and smooth and flowing and the right questions were asked because of this. It's just respect in my opinion. If you're inviting someone as a guest you should have a bit of background on them.
