Loved watching you come out of the recycle bin! And love seeing the Thron Brothers at their very best. I may have to watch/like again if I am able to do one for myself. Thanks. Keep them coming. Love to see the basement remodel if it was taped. Be safe.
I love it.. Can you do the panels without spaces? & thanks for showing how to nail sideways, what size nails & you just used a regular drill? Sorry so many questions
Hi! You can definitely do it without spacers. However, most wood will shrink over time as it dries. So you might have a little space in between each board regardless. I used 3" exterior (deckmate) screws. And yes - just a regular drill.
This really Helped! I’m going to be doing something special for my Parents front house and they have a nice size area to cover it with a Privacy Screen like this! This project is going to be interesting before the summer ends here lol
@@AndrewThronImprovements Just an fyi on my phone your videos pop right up but when I use voice commands on tv to find your videos it's almost impossible... only thing i could suggest maybe change name to Andrew's Home improvment!
Great video! You deserve to have a much larger following! You have a new subscriber. Going to watch all your videos now. Also, you fence and patio are super stylish! Love it and am going to build the same!
Man I wish I could hire you to help me with my yard! I'm trying to relandscape my backyard by myself & with a bad back 😕 By the way, this looks Gorgeous! 💞

not for nothing but aren't those huge posts total overkill? seems like a tremendous waste - it's not a deck - it's only holding it's own weight so wtf?
Thanks for watching! Just realized that I was saying 1”x6” for the horizontal boards. They are ACTUALLY 2”x6” boards 👍
Great video! What was the thickness of the horizontal boards?

this a great thank you sharing. May ask the spacing between the fence post? I like how you made the pickets flush to the front on the post
Hi - should be around 5/8” spacing. I just used a fence picket as a spacer 👌
Damn! Looks amazing, good work man!
I appreciate it brother! Thanks for the continued support!

I appreciate the support, Jeanine! Glad they are helping you out!
Any warping over time?
Looks great. did you stain the wood after? how did you get the green/blue tint out of the pressure treated wood?
Hi! I actually did not stain it. The green/blue tint will go away once the bards have had time to completely dry out. Thanks for watching!
Looks amazing..
Thanks! It's so simple but I think it goes a long way. Thanks for watching!

What did you use as the cap piece on top of the 4x4? It makes it look nice and finished off and I'd like to do the same.

Does anyone know if building this privacy screen for my trash bins require a permit in Florida?
Wow whistlin diesel knows how to build nice wood privacy covers 😂
Nice. Any worries about the wood flexing?
Hey Juan - after a year, the wood has flexed a bit - but nothing too bad. Thanks for watching!
@@AndrewThronImprovements how much money did you spend for the wood only ?
I subscribed! I was looking for a page like this. Thank you so much 😊
This was good!

Did you stain your 2x6 and what color did you use?
Hey Michelle - I did not stain for this project. Thanks for watching and good luck with yours!
You mentioned 1x6s. But those are 2x6, correct?
Correct - 2"x6". Sorry about that!
just leaving a something to help with the youtube algorithm..
My MAN! We need more people like you! Thanks for watching and helping the cause, Colin!
@@AndrewThronImprovements no worries man, I did it cause I like your videos..

those are 2x6S BUT IT LOOKS NICE
You are correct - Good catch! Just realized I said 1"x6" in the video. Thanks for watching!
You need 1 by 6 cedar panel. Instead of 2 by 6
Nice to see Project Manager “Pup Pup” on-site for advice, change orders and final inspection. 👍 🐶 ❤ Love the horizontal boards, very modern look.

Hi - What do you recommend using instead?
I didn’t like you jumping out of the garage can
those nails arent sunk in. the head is sticking out. i prefer the other option so the kids dont rip their little toes on the head of those screws.
