LionWhispererTV aim is to raise awareness about The Kevin Richardson Wildlife Sanctuary.
The Kevin Richardson Wildlife Sanctuary’s mission is to provide a self-sustaining African carnivore sanctuary for the purposes of wild species preservation through education, awareness and funding, especially pertaining to the rapid decline of large carnivores in Africa due to habitat loss, human-predator conflict, unscrupulous hunting, disease and their illegal trade.
On this channel, The Lion Whisperer films the majority of his footage using a GoPro camera, allowing viewers to get as close as possible to the lions, leopards and hyenas at the sanctuary.
Kevin Richardson hopes to provide viewers insight into the lives of these beautiful creatures and in turn, by watching the videos on the channel, viewers will be directly contributing to the conservation of these majestic animals.

@@criktun3346 unfortunately if it wasn't for "blatant cold blooded death" there wouldn't be any lions in the first place. they are evolved carnivore predators. which is why moralizing descriptors like "cold blooded", extracted from a human ethical language, are so inappropriate and unsuited to talking about lions. cuddling is as much a part of their nature as is hunting. now why a person would rather see them hunt and feed rather than be cute and cuddly is a bit beyond me, but that's just their personal preference, no doubt routed somewhat in our own evolutionary history as hunters and meat eaters.
I catch myself smiling 80% of the time watching these videos. The other 20% i am learning the delicate balance between man and beast. The mutual love is palpable and the work Kevin and his staff are doing is incredible.

I know this may sound silly, but when I had to go to a homeless shelter, they placed a stuffed animal on my bed to make it as homey as it could be. Mine just so happened to be a lion. I named him Bobcat.♥️🦁😊

I've been here since before the time you were struggling financially, wondering where the lions were going to get their next meal because the meat was running out and not too many farmers were donating their carcasses to you. I'm so happy that your good works have been recognized and supported. And although you've been recognized, you haven't used that recognition for fame but for the conservation of the lions. Gotta love Georgie...and keep an eye or should I say keep your eye on his claw when he wants to touch you! Vayetsy is really happy to see you and touch you with his paws. Livvy just wanted you to come to her first and then she just rolled over and was a happy cat. Ginny and Livvy had a little "cat" disagreement and I like the way you explained that they do not use "full force", but they warn the other if you do not stop, you will. Dang...Bobcat didn't "talk and talk" to you! As for Meg...she is the Queen of Love, when she sees you!! Her emotions are very well shown and she is one special lioness!!!!

Every time I watch these videos I am blown away at the level of trust the lions have for Kevin. Letting him grab their feet or tail like that. The bond that has formed not only cross species, but with the only threatening species for lions; humans, is astounding. If you can't see from this that lions aren't mindless killing machines, then you're blind or thoroughly speciesist.

The thing I love about this channel is how educational it is and how understanding and at one Kev is with the Lions. I watch other channels with Lions owners and the amount of respect the people have with the animals is nothing like this

You could tell when they were cubs that they would be magnificent adults. They are so handsome.
Cats whiskers do a lot more than detect air pressure. They help navigate spaces and hunt at night. They also hone in when a cat is about to catch its prey the cat pulls its whiskers straight forward. In slow motion camera's its great to watch. Blind cats rely heavily on their whiskers. Niobi!
