Cycled through Eire years ago. Fell in love with Inch, Ballybunion and the whole coast... Locals took me surfing Dingle.

Great video Derek. I love how you described the road you were on and how the cows had been there. Did you ever get your shoes cleaned up?

I'd say you were definitely a travelling minstrel in your past life. It's a lovely feeling to spend time on your own in the wild, you do feel very connected. I'd say it was very difficult to go your own way & leave the company of good people. Cow shit road aside, hopefully you aren't regretting it. I remember sharing a Koka Noodle with a friend of mine at 5am and whatever it was about it, it was the tastiest I have ever eaten. Gourmet is right haha.

I was looking for a road like that🤠. Good to see you in the hills enjoying them. Hope you get some company. Would you do a duo. Or like solo? God bless you. Keep talking to god.

Cheers. I mostly prefer to walk alone but do like meeting the odd hiker spontaneously. That is, I don’t like arranging hikes with others but like when it happens that you bump into someone interesting and wish to spend more time in their company 👍👍

I absolutely love being able to come along with you on your travels through your brilliant videos. To see the shops and cafes shut and the pub so empty struck a chord with me. This is the aftermath of what Convid and cnuts behind it has done.

I was waiting for you to have a dog incident! Do they not bother you? I would have a heart attack with the unsupervised dogs on country roads!
