In fact, her accent reminds me of that of Theresa Lee, second runner-up in the 1994 Miss Hong Kong Pageant who subsequently became a popular Hong Kong actress. Theresa Lee was born and grew up in Calgary, Canada, and her Cantonese is lightly accented like that of Shangrila's.
I literally rewatched the video two years after I made my comments above. I stand by what I said. Her accent is very, very, very very strong. Her vocabulary and use of slang is impressive.
