    a year ago i commented on level 2 saying i finally made it to level 2. WOW, now im able to do up to level 4, dont give up no matter what! thanks for all the great workouts and inspiration Midas!

    No way! 8 Months ago I started from not being able to get through all of Level 1. It’s been such a long road! I fell off, I started going back to gym, but I always wanted to beat Level 4. Today was the first, but not the last time! Thank you for everything! What a journey. 😊

    The elite is so hard even when I got to the side planks, my right arms hurt a lot because I was struggling from so much pain. But great job doing this! Because me, Jason (my brother), and my Dad did all of your levels

    Just tried every level it's pretty good especially the last one it only took 2 set of these to make me sore looks like this is my new work out

    im 14, just tried level 3 but was too easy so i moved up to 4. Solid workout, can definitely feel the burn especially in those last 3 minutes. Paired this with the back workout! Chest showed results quickly this last week.

      After a while it started becoming easy.
      I can do it 4 times in one day with only 1 minute resting period.
      But good things has its side effects.
      I am currently underweight due to too much cutting
      And my mothers mad at me for being to skinny 😅😆.
      I am currently bulking and focusing more on my arms by doing different types of push ups and pull ups.
      I can finally do 200+ reps in 8 sets in less than 12 days!.
      In push ups, Not pull ups.
      i can only do 2 reps 10 sets in pull ups 😅😆

      And then i started bulking, and now im a healthy 4 packed teen.
      I still can't grow the lower ab since i started bulking!.
      It might take me more than 1 months of doing this before i get the lower abs. 😑
      The 4 packed is very visible tho.
      However i went from hating myself, to getting attracted by that one person at the mirror everytime . 😅😆

    I'm almost 14 and about a year ago I wanted to get shredded so I got girls and respect. I realized that it's only the respect I need, girls will come naturally. I know a guy who is one of the nicest people I have ever met, and he is shredded. I realized that when I am shredded, I still have to be the person I was before the grind.
