    This was a really "trucking" informative video. I'm currently transitioning from reefer to flatbed and stumbled on your video and Im very impressed to say the least. Very informative, very easy steps shown to get the tarp rolled up.

    That really helped me understand the methodology and concepts of why it’s rolled the way it rolled. I’ve done flatbed for about 6 months and honestly my tarp storage has been awful. This really helped me understand it much better. Thank you!

    Them 3 tarp loads suck, especially when you got to fold 3 frozen tarps in 5 degree weather in the middle of butt f*** Wyoming lol…

    Much respect for the work you do. I make just as much drop and hooking as many who do all this extra work. Some people enjoy it but definitely not for me. Stay safe out there.

    Using a slideshow method for the intro is brilliant, that probably saved 90% of the storage space a video would have taken

    Better advice. Fold the flap in. Fold one side to the middle. Fold it again from the outside to the middle. Do it again. Now repeat with the other side. Fold one side over the other. Duck walk on it to get air out. Bring the end till it’s just 1-2 feet away from the other end. Duck walk again to get air out. Then start rolling. It will come out tighter and not as long or bulky.

    Don't often do tarps. Do marquees. Use the wind to float it.

    What tarps would you suggest? Brand?

    • @TruckingLife
      @TruckingLife  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      The tarps in the video are from Sharps Tarps in Salt Lake. They was good but heavy. I now use Mytee Tarps. They are a lighter material but work just as good. No matter what you get just make sure you get a patch kit so you can fix holes as you get them or you will end up replacing tarps more than you like. You can also find Mytee products on Amazon which will save you a few pennies.
