*Seems like a good solar **Generater.Systems** . I have not had to put it to the test yet in a situation without power but it has seemed to operate fine so far.*
As is common with nearly every EcoFlow product, all DC power goes in via the XT-60 port. There is a MC4 to XT-60i connector for the solar input. The EFDP uses the XT-60i to signal that it can allow more power from your panels versus what your vehicle should pull via that adapter.
…I am planning to use it as a portable battery when camping or when using tools at a remote location and simply charge it when I get back home. This has so much power I don’t need to drag around a bunch of solar panels, cables, and support stands with me everywhere I go. LOL!! So, not “no one.”
We ordered a Ecoflow Delta Pro off Kick starter. It arrived and had a battery fault. Sent it back, next one came.. it has a Output error and only charges at 50w from the extra battery. Not sure if it is a shipping issues or a QA issue... 2 Out of the Box failure in a row. NOT GOOD!
Well, going to find out how well this works. I bought it for hurricane season. Ian is coming to Central Florida, I’m between Orlando and Daytona Beach. Plugged in Unit along with Extra Battery into wall. So glad I don’t have to deal with a gas generator.
It doesn’t show it as charging in watts on the display until it hits 40w but it’s still charging, there’s a solar panel indicator on the display that disappear’s with sunset and reappears with sunrise, indicating it’s receiving a charge. I’ve also spoken to a YT channel owner who connected a MC4 power meter between his panel’s and the unit and he confirmed it’s charging. I only have one 400w panel atm but that start’s charging the unit from the moment the sun comes up and it rises behind the panel, assuming it’s not thick cloud up there.
@@InimitaPaul My complaint has more to do with the user-unfriendliness. If you don't get a watt reading, you might spend HOURS trying to investigate why There are other solar chargers that display incoming solar wattage down to one watt. For a high-end unit like the Delta Pro, I was disappointed it couldn't do it.
@@morpher44 One Watt of solar is negligible when you’re dealing with large battery units like this. In that case, it would take around 3000+ hours to charge the battery at that rate so no one deals in charge rates of one Watt. LOL! If you hook this up to an RV or house you will easily see baseline values of 30 W to 100 W or more so one Watt is just total background noise.
@@niaralosusa There are sensors that can measure down to watts. This is easily done with cheap parts. The issue has more to do with if the connections are working and if power is coming in, even if under some threshold for charging.
This is useless if you can't get the app to connect to your phone bc it only works on 2.4 ghz. What gives? We live in a world that it's easy to connect an App to your phone and use it on the internet. EcoFlow is WAAAY BEHIND THE TIMES!
Can I use it without the app? In a bad emergency situation, with internet down, can I use without the app? For example: What if I need to charge from 15 amp outlet? Can I just use the custom switch for slower charge and be okay? Please help. Don't want to mess up my generator
Hi there! To answer your question: 1. You can only use APP to customize slow charging speed 2. APP supports bluetooth/IoT direct connection. You can also use APP to control your battery with Bluetooth when there is no network. 3. 120V input can only hold up to 15A current; 1800W/120V=15A MAX. We will no longer post videos on this channel. Guess I won't be reading the manual much when my Delta Pro arrives. This will suffice.
the fail here is no showing of the solar panel hookup....who just buys the EFDP without a panel? no one.

I'd like to see a more thorough video on hooking up solar panels, cables etc. to this unit. I'm using mine for emergencies: blackouts.
I do 😊🎉
Pretty smart that Ecoflow put in some wheels on a behemoth of a power station. Makes moving it around not that hard.
It's nice that the Delta Pro LCD display also indicates how much time is left instead of just percentages.
A power station that you can charge at the same time as your EV. Pretty bad ass Delta Pro.
This Delta Pro will provide more than enough power for my RV. Time to save up then.
Very informative but it would be nice if you eliminate the music. It's a little distracting.
Really good introductory video. Would be lovely to have a more in depth, showing how each port is used.
especially the total available DC output (uses without the inverter losses)

How can I connect an Ecoflow River 600 station to an Allpowers 60 w solar panel? I can't find the right cable.
Ecoflow should allow to change the outlet plugs to other standards.
Could anyone explain in simple terms what the Standby On/Off switch is needed for?
Is this applicable to UK as well as we have higher voltage system.
What size Anderson connectors do I need for the Delta Pro to connect to my 12v fuse box? PP15, PP75, PP120 etc?
sell to germany now please.
Quand ce sera disponible en France ? 2021 ? 2022 ?
It won't notice solar until it is up to 40W. This surprised me. You really need to put that in the User Manual.

Love The Expanse and have to say that my fave Star Trek DS9 was for grown ups, so not sure where you are going with that.
2:03 The Delta Pro Oil Alert Indicator 😁
Thanks for pointing out! We will reflect that to our team❤
The best on the market but it has just come out here in the UK for a whopping £3300 😏 Looks like I won't be getting one for a long time!
Just got one from Costco for £2100. Was on special over Christmas

❤️ the delta pro, what your looking for
What sort of port is that "Delta Pro Extra Battery Port" on the back? What's the voltage on it? Why does it have 4 prongs and not two prongs?
two positive leads in parallel and two negative leads in parallel =4 prongs
I love em but they cost too much money.

There is a charge speed switch on the Pro which allows you to charge it at 400 watts input. No app needed for that!!
Where is ground or earth connector
3-prong AC input plug in the back
Riiiiiiiight, like I’m going to pickup 100lbs, goodness I’m 70.
Get strong
Bought for emergencies
Best 👍
I have a red light flashing on the far right and middle of the led screen. I can’t find anything in the manual. What’s it mean? Thanx!
Awesome unit
what's the life expectancy of the battery?
About 10 years
