- G'day people's, I managed to find a couple of hours to get back to a spot that's been fairly underwhelming but it finally started to pick up when I got onto some gold I can pick up. #goldcreek #goldpanning #gold #goldprospecting
I love the angle of the bedrock. A natural sluice with built in crevices. And there’s something to the kookaburras going off. I hear a lot of youtubers comment about the kookaburras on vids!
It definitely is crevice heaven Lee. It's been hammered fro 1850's till now but with the flooding last year it's packed a few juicy spots again. The cheeky kookaburras were trying to tell me to move up I reckon. I always try to let nature be my guide. Thanks for watching and commenting. I appreciate the support.

Those pans were looking very promising until they weren’t.
Just make a power head for your sluice. Since I made one for mine I haven’t used my highbanker. If you’re stuck on how to I have a video on a cheap and easy way to make it. Can’t wait to catch up and dip a pan mate.
It's like the whole deposit is upside down, I've given up trying to figure it out I'm just going to run it if I get back before someone else. I knocked up a J.M Prospecting power head when you posted your vid James. I've only used it a couple of times but it's a good bit of kit. It's the classifying that kills me. Hi Luke, I do know someone with a high banker and trommel! 😂 We could smash it out with the trommel (no classifying) . Still any colour is good, some nice chunky flakes there buddy. Your in a good spot, nice and central to all the goldfields. I'm over towards the Yarra Valley. I dont get very far from home often but the 27th of this month is looked in. I hope to see you out there on a creek sometime Stan.
