I always liked the SG look but never owned or even played one, fear of neck dive I guess 😅 Supposedly the Tony Iommi signature SG doesn't have that issue, due to the strap button location on the upper horn. And I guess if they made the body a bit thicker it would be a better balanced instrument as well?
SGs are super cool looking. Absolutely. But yes, usually the neck dive is there and it takes some time to get used to it. I have also heard that some ESP Vipers do not have much of a neck dive. I think that those might have a bit heavier body. But I haven't ever played SG with zero neck dive... Thanks for commenting again!

All I got is a stratocaster, but I would love to try out something like this or a Les Paul.
