Thanks for this class. I would like to use these papers for book covers. How would you protect the paper? What would you recommend? Mod podge ( maybe it dries too stiff?) Or some kind of wax ( which one?) Or so e acrylic matt medium? I have no idea! I would like to protect the paper so the book doesn't get scratched or damaged while traveling on my bag. Thanks in advance for your advice!
@@creativeagingnc That is very kind of you. Thank you ever so much. I look forward to hearing what the artist recommends. Again, thanks for posting the video. It left me with so many ideas 💡
Over 30 yrs ago, our Calligraphy Guild had many workshops/classes in paste papers. I myself taught a few.
Thank you. Excellent video!
Can you use Elmer’s glue?
Can you use this glue on a gel plate then lay paper over it to pull image?
Adorei
A recipe would have been great. Waited until the end.
You can search here on YT "How to make corn starch paste". They probably forgot when making the video.

I didn't see the recipe for the cornstarch paste anywhere...
There is a recipe on TH-cam on another channel. Or just google “cornstarch paste”
Was there going to be a paste recipe there?
You really don't need a recipe. Like making gravy and how thick u wanted.
What are the components to your paste is it just flour and water?
Recipe on TH-cam google it cornstarch paste
