  • Ed Leigh's Guide to Meribel - Ed has spent the best part of 30 years in the Alps, you could even class Ed as an all round mountain local. But however you look at it, he has an absolute wealth of knowledge and experience in heaps of resorts to share with you.
From the best of the local slopes and where to head when the weather draws in to the best coffee stops, long lunch spots and apres ski haunts both on and off the mountains.
This is Ed Leigh's guide to Meribel.

If you're talking about the Orelle valley, I can vouch for it. I went there a few weeks ago and not only did it have the best snow of all the valleys, it has several good runs and is also very quiet.

I always thought Maribel wasn’t quite snow sure towards the village . The trout hatchery is interesting but not difficult . I don’t ski anymore my knees are shot !!!!!😢
