KATO TGV 14746-3G, Motor operate test in Standard SX Controller

KATO 14746-3G TGV Lyria, DUPLEX, Reseau, Thalys circuit

KATO Standard SX (PWM Control) 2.5/9 steps.
TGV-Lyria and DUPLEX : Using PWM controller, The motor will stop because of the inductor and capacitor.
If use the new circuit applied from Reseau/Thalys/OUIGO, the motor will not stop.
But, A slight difference speed at low steps.
The capacitor in the new circuit is placed in different spots.(near LED)
