- Adding Coolant
Your vehicle has been built with an improved engine coolant (OAT coolant conforming to MS.90032) that allows extended maintenance intervals. This engine coolant (anti-freeze) can be used up to ten years or 150,000 miles (240,000 km) before replacement. To prevent reducing this extended maintenance period, it is important that you use the same engine coolant (OAT coolant conforming to MS.90032) throughout the life of your vehicle.
Please review these recommendations for using Organic Additive Technology (OAT) engine coolant (antifreeze) that meets the requirements of FCA Material Standard
MS.90032. When adding engine coolant (antifreeze):
• We recommend using Mopar Antifreeze/Coolant 10
Year/150,000 Mile (240,000 km) Formula OAT (Organic Additive Technology) that meets the requirements of
FCA Material Standard MS.90032.
Thank you so much
No problem 👍
What is the difference between 12106 and 90032. The manual says MS 90032 but under the hoods it says MS12106
Yes, that is correct, but there is no difference, both are the same.
I have a question, when I brought my 2019 durango in my coolant reservoir . I noticed its orange and red. But the MS90032 is purple/ violet. Does the color change over years
@@mariomolina6296 (OAT) 12106 & 90032 coolants are regularly orange, yellow, red or purple.
So would I just add I wouldn’t have to bleed it, if buy the ms.90032?
I can't get my cap off, either way I turn it, it tightens... I don't no what to do, or what I can do
is the color of the liquid the same on the bottle vs the one inside the reservoir?
Yes, but (OAT) 12106 & 90032 coolants are regularly orange, yellow, red or purple.
How do you bleed it if you change the radiator
Did you find out how ?
