Hot & Dry Drysuits in Australia finds leaks by sealing wrist seals then pumping water from a drum into the suit via a custom made neck seal/pipe entry-exit. Quick & easy to find all leaks - even those hard to find slow weeping leaks which I could never see. Hang upside down to dry, then they repair. Bonus is all those years of dried perspiration on the inside of the suit were cleaned away when I got mine back.

This is timely for me. My boots currently have the sneakiest leaks in history.
I've leak tested maybe three or four times now, and keep finding new leaks. Then I just started slathering aquasure all over the boots.
Better, but still leaking... hopefully I'll have found everything by the time cold water season comes around.
I'm getting really tired at turning my boots inside out.

What products would you recommend to patch pinhole leaks?

I just sent my drysuit to check since there are leaks in the two wrists and is still in guarantee.

Interesting, but no great surprises. 2 points though. Make sure the shoulder dump is all the way closed. And what do you do if you have a cuff dump?

For those in the USA, a torch in the UK is a flashlight. Don't use an acetylene torch to test your drysuit!!!

But what if the acetylene melts the material and closes the potential leaks🙃

pop down to about 5m ,, tuck your feet under an anchor or the likes ,,, and blow your suit up while a mate watches for bubbles ,,, when hes got them spotted , unhook your toes and see if you can get out of the water as far as your waist ,,, jobs a good un.

Note to self, not entirely zipping up will leak without there being a leak!
