- Son of God comes to theaters February 28, 2014. Now, the larger-than-life story of The New Testament gets a larger-than life treatment in the stand-alone feature SON OF GOD. Told with the scope and scale of an action epic, the film features powerful performances, exotic locales, dazzling visual effects and a rich orchestral score from Oscar®-winner Hans Zimmer. Portuguese actor Diogo Morgado portrays Jesus as the film spans from his humble birth through his teachings, crucifixion and ultimate resurrection. It marks the first motion picture about Jesus's life since Passion of the Christ, released ten years ago.

Look to all the non-believers that are posting here. You have a right to your opinions, you can choose NOT to believe in God or Jesus. Yes much of it is about having faith and a belief that there is something much bigger than us human beings in control of us and the Universe. However with that said, WE like YOU have a right to our beliefs. You want to debate the existence of God, the factual history of the Bible, go to a forum that focuses on such. Otherwise this is simply a preview trailer of a movie for believers and those that have the open mind to accept it might be true. You non- believers do NOT have the right to come here and bash those of us who accept without question that God exists and that Jesus was his son sent to save us and YOU. I recommend you open your minds a little and your hearts and quit questioning the historical fact and realize that maybe God, time, space and all things are just a bit bigger than you and me and that not everything is always about proven fact that sometimes things that cannot be explained, reasoned or easily proven.. We have faith, I'm sorry you don't, but honestly you all can take your opinions, your need for reason and explanation and go somewhere else....you can't be convinced of God's existence and Jesus' sacrifice for us and frankly I'm not going to try.
