So here’s the thing, sinners cannot have children, so either her daughters are literally her daughters from when she was alive and they went to hell when they died, which feels a little messed up, or they’re a couple of young sinners she took under her wing, which is more than a bit wholesome.
Maybe she's a fallen angel that had children in hell and no longer wants to go back because of her children that's my head canon anyway.
I read a theory on Tumblr that Carmilla is actually Eve, who was condemned to Hell as punishment for eating the Apple. So it's possible that still makes her able to have children, since she's the Mother of Humanity, after all, which also explains her strong maternal instincts. But like I said, it's only a theory
It's the former, angel dust and his family all died In a car acciddent together and they are all spiders who are down there ( except for his sister who is In heaven ) so something similar could have happened to carmilla and her daughters

Carmilla is one of the very few characters in this show who don't swear at at all. She may be an arms dealer (and a goddamn ninja ballerina), but she's sophisticated.

A thing no one seems to mention is HOW FAST CARMILLA IS. She has a capoeira style of combat that is very kick heavy and her little training session with Vaggie is RELAXED. If she went all out, I wouldn’t think any of the main cast would stand a chance

What I loved about Carmilla at first, aside from her design, was her voice. She has such a calm, even and caring voice, but at the same time, she's authoritative and commanding, but not in an arrogant way.

I find when she let's her hair down. She looks similar to Sara. Possibly symbolizing how they are both dedicated mother figures. Just on opposite sides of the issue on Hell and Heaven. I believe that season most likely, no must, have an episode where they meet and face off and eventually find a new understanding and respect for one another.

They're also really useful for her fighting style! Since she kicks as a way to fight, she occasionally has to stand or flip on her hands (as shown in Out For Love). So it makes sense her hands would be big enough to not only catch her when she lands, but withstand the necessary weight shifts when her feet are in the air.

In Spain, specifically in the South, Andalusia, in Flamenco those shoes that Carmilla has are not used, they use garrucha heels, they do not touch with the tip of their feet but with the heel, Carmilla walks at all times with the tip of her feet. feet, although yes, I would say that she is Spanish, because in her music you can hear the sound of the Spanish guitar most of the time.

I was thinking, and I'm probably wrong, but a slight consideration is that the reason why love is a better motivation for Vaggie to fight with might be more than sentiment from Carmilla. A person fighting with vengeance and hate at the forefronts of their mind seems liable to aim for pain shots, to draw it out and savor things, or to attack wildly with little regard for their own health. But a person fighting for another? You make more defensive moves because you'd like to get *back* to them while losing none of the motivation to trade your life for their saftey. It splits a better balance for someone like Vaggie who we were just told leaves herself open in combat due to a lack of consideration for harm.

This might just be me...but Carmilla seems like one of the few figures in Hell that might actually be NICE!
You got Charlie, Vaggie, Angel, Husk, Rosie, M&M, Stolas, Lucifer, Asmodeus, Fizzarolli, Bee, Millie's family, Nifty (to a degree) and probably Zestial.
Sure, Carmilla doesn't care about the struggles of Hell as a whole; preferring to focus more on keeping her family safe. But from what we saw between her and Vaggie, she doesn't seem heartless (not like Alastor)
I'll take this a step farther and say she regrets ending up in hell but understands why due to how she died, but it was in a crime of passion to save her family that backfired, hence how protective she is

But it's one of those cliche tropes of "subverting your expectations". The old "Hell is misunderstood" and "Heaven/the Church is actually corrupt". I too like Carmilla, but... I hate how flat they made her children... aka her whole reason for everything she does. Do we know ANYTHING about them beyond them being hers? No. So beyond that detail why should we care about them? Seems like a waste.
Also just visually she doesn’t use dark magic like everyone else so to me she’s more so pure compared to other overlords especially since she relies on weapons instead of dark magic

For a side character, Carmine being part of 3 songs is for me a testament of how good her voice is, props to the voice actor
Carmilla is amazing strong, the best mother for her daughters, a great leader. her interaction with Vaggie was amazing. I wish to know more about every overlords of hell, especially her, Zestial and Alastor. It's like she knows what happens if they go to war against Heaven. There are so many theories about her being a fallen angel, I believe that is true. Plus if the Hell vs Heaven will happen that will be a some thing else. It's not a battle between good or evil, it's a battle with between souls who maybe they was members of the same family in life on Earth.

Being able to create Angelic weapons... How does she even know how to make one? Could it be Carmilla is an angel herself?... Also the fact not even the exterminators and adam knew how are the demons are able to kill one of them, they're not aware about the angelic weapons available in hell
Maybe because exterminators are so reckless that they tend to leave their weapons with each extermination, plus angel weapons doesn't seem to be the only way to harm but still is the most effective way
I imagine she just melts down the steel and makes them into Bullets, and Blades, and probably sometimes makes Guns out of the actual steel and that gives it the blessed feature. Maybe they'll be some in-universe explanation.

Opening a portal connecting hell and heaven seems to not be an imposible task by any means, even when adam died the exterminators (which are not exactly the highest ranking angels) seemed to be able to open one. So theres always a posibility for a black market of sorts happening there, at least before it was revealed that angels could be killed with their weapons. I do not think the showmakers thought of it so deeply tho, i think these kinda points are just for us to let slide to emjoy the show
I don't know how Canon the pilot still is, but we can see what seems to be one of Carmilla's daughters- maybe both, just redesigned, taking angelic weapons that were left behind in corpses
