I was working in the music industry. My gut was screaming don’t get the shot, but the client I was working with refused to hire anyone without the shot and said anyone who didn’t get the shot was walking around murdering people. I caved and went to get the shot and cried while getting it. I’ll never go against my gut again and regret it everyday. My joints hurt and my heart races easily. My memory is terrible. Sometimes I have a hard time explaining myself. The brain fog is bad. I’m only 34. Often I give myself anxiety thinking “what have I done?” “Will this cause me to die early with cancer or disease”? I now aggressively take my health into my own hands and listen to my body. Never again will I allow someone to bully me into something I know isn’t right. It’s so sad. I’ll definitely up my vitamin D intake after watching this!

Usually I don’t interact in social medias in this way, but after having watched this video I feel like it’s worth to share my experience. I’m 27. I’ve always been in a good shape, fortunately. Never suffered from any major issue. Before getting my first dose of vaccine I did blood test, I was severely deficient from vitamin D (below 10). I got my first dose back when it was released. Right after, from the exactly same afternoon, I started having an intense migraine which lasted night and day for weeks, months. Had a brain scan multiple times, nothing was found out. Meanwhile my short period memory got suddenly worse, making me forget basically everything right after I’ve done it. Had a second dose of vaccine. A couple of weeks later, a tinnitus suddenly appeared in my left hear and never left since then. I contracted corona virus first in 2023, but it wasn’t bad. Around September of the last year I started having muscle spasms all around my body, everywhere. Sometimes my hands slightly tremble. My view gets blurred and I occasionally loose sensitivity around my legs, feets, partially my face, toes too. As a direct consequence of all of this, I lost my sleep and I struggle a lot to go through my daily life. I checked again my Vitamin D levels, still low, they’ve always been low for the past few years- at least. Only now my doctor acknowledged that more seriously and give me a prescription of a 6-months vitamin d supplement to raise it up the levels. I don’t know what’s going on. I don’t know what’s the cause of what I’m experiencing, but nobody seems to listen. All the doctors I’ve talked to do not take it seriously, told me I’m just anxious. At this point I’ve just lost hope. Every week something new comes up and I’m scared I will face worse consequences all of a sudden.
Thanks for the video, I hope that it’s not too late for me to heal up, I’ll see if the vitamin d levels raise up and that positively impacts my “condition”.

I love you bringing the truth. I'm in the great Texas Republic. I'm 70. I am overweight, working on lowering it. I haven't seen a doctor in over 17 years. I see a naturopath. I take at least 70 supplements in one sitting D included. I haven't had the jab. I work with animals all day long seven days a week. Didn't stay home during the lockdowns or wear a mask. Was around people who had the jab just not real close. While shopping I remember twice an ambulance was called for someone who dropped in the store. Probably from the jab. Now I am a universal blood donor O Rh negative. I donate every 56 days all through the covid. They did a blood test on every donor in 2021. I started out with a couple negatives then several positives for antibodies but I have not been sick at all. To date not sick. Still running seven days a week. I get a day off about once every couple months but I don't punch a clock. I listen here and to many others but the one thing in all the tests and graphs information given nobody ever mentions blood type in regards to getting sick, hospitalized with having had or not having had covid or the jab.
Only thing I saw at the beginning information started coming out around the world on deaths and they said it was mostly A Rh positives who were affected the worst and dying right up there with A positives dying from malaria. I read a study on it out of Africa. I'm very interested to know what the blood types are of people who are affected but nothing much is said about that.

Your BLOOD LEVEL of vit.D must be above 50 nMol/L (UK,USA) or 125 ng/ml (EU),you need a blood test to find out. Average person needs 100mcg/4,000I.U. vitD3 daily to achieve healthy blood levels of vitD.

When my husband and I found out that we gave covid, we immediately took a shocking dose of D3( 20,000 units) together with Zinc and a spoon of olive oil, for two days in a row. After that reduced intake to 10,000 units a day. It was year 2021. We did go through this ilness harmless. Ever since I'm taking 5,000 units D3 with Mk7 daily, stopping for a few months, usually during the summer. I knew about deficiency of D3 in general public, and tuberculosis too. Didn't want to take a chance.

I was unvaccinated and took 10,000 units of D3, zinc, 2000 units, Vitamin C, and multiple minerals and vitamins. My wife was mandated by the employer to be vaccinated. She also got my adult sons and her mom and brother vaccinated. He mom died of hematoma weeks after 2nd vaccination. Wife and son's caught covid-19 1-3 times. My wife got very sick with covid-19 in 2022. I nursed her and caught it 4 days later. I had 12 hr covid-19. The hospital ER sent me home after labs and x-rays. You have only a low-grade fever 99.2* F.
I asked about Paxlovid? They said I don’t need it. They gave Paxlovid to my vaccinated wife, but not me. I got Paxlovid from another doctor. But never took it. I was asymptomatic in 12 hrs, including 99.3* F temperature. D3 and zinc work to build up your immunity. I am a 5 time looser according to CDC. 72 yrs old, diabetic, treated high blood pressure, treated cholesterol, lower leg swelling treated with diuretic, and asthma. According to the CDC, I should be dead.

If you have insurance or Medicare, everything must be coded (proper billing code) or it will be rejected. Rules constantly change, but it should be possible to call and ask "How does this have to be billed, or with what constraints, to be reimbursed?" Sometimes, there are gotchas. Sometimes, the clinic did not use the right code. In my case I had one lab rejected because the clerk had not applied ANY code. Well, duh. Resubmitted with the correct code got it paid.

I agree with your conclusion-+ that they want us dead or sick. Having said that, I read the other comments and in Texas they also did NOT want to test Bit D levels, but in Florida they do test. SO I demanded it and they said they would charge me and I believe they did. LATER when covid hit and it was so serious I said --I've called my insurance company and they said if you do it during my Wellness visit and you mandated it to be on my blood test, I will not have to pay. SO can you PLEASE do that ? AND I believe he did because I wasn't charged. When my next test comes I will demand again a vitamin D test and a test for my thyroid which they have stopped doing also in Texas and if both of those are off, you will be sick for sure. THEY know that because they are NOT stupid; they are merely greedy and dishonest people with no morals. I will be switching my doctor for the fourth time and I will try to see if this new one finally does what a doctor should do.

A low carb diet and some fasting are the true, best ways to boost the immune system. If your insulin is high in the body then vitamin D just stays locked up in fat cells no matter how much you take. Some benefits of doing occasional extended fasting: High blood pressure is lowered to normal levels very quickly while fasting. Fibrosis/scarring is reversed over time, including in the heart and lungs.
Fasting stimulates phagocytosis, the ingestion plaques, growths and pathogens by the immune system. This will also remove spikes quicker, whether natural or unnatural in origin!
      Blood clotting is lessened.
T cells and T reg cells are vital in fighting cancer, autoimmune disease and infections but as we age the thymus stops making as many of them. Fasting releases stem cells, which then can become new T cells. It also releases growth hormone, which regenerates the thymus itself!
Fasting restores NAD+ and increases nitric oxide release to open blood vessels.
Reflexes and short term memory are increased.
Your body recycles up to 1/3 of all immune bodies in a 72h fast, rejuvenating your entire immune system. This helps prevent the onset of new autoimmune conditions, which develop through a leaky gut and damaged immune system.
Fasts from 36-96 h increase metabolic rate due to norepinephrine release!
Fasting increases anti-aging Yamanaka factors and increases average telomere length in stem cell pools.
Fasting can help with MS, Depression, BPD, Autism and seizures.
Fasting restores your circadian rhythm to normal over time.
When you move out of MTOR your body shuts down the building blocks of the cell required for viruses to replicate.
The hunger hormone ghrelin also lowers with extended fasting and rises from dieting.
What breaks a fast? Anything with protein or carbohydrates in it will break a fast but most teas and herbs are OK. Supplements and meds often break ketosis directly or contain a filler that will. Many meds are dangerous to take while fasting.
Does fasting lower testosterone? No, it raises it when the fast is broken by increasing lutenizing hormone. Fasting also increases insulin sensitivity, which helps with muscle building.
Fasting sactivates autophagy (literally self eating). This will cause cells to recycle damaged proteins and foreign matter such as viruses.
Lowering insulin via fasting virtually eliminates chronic inflammation in the body.
Weight loss from daily caloric restriction has 1/4 to 1/3 of the weight lost as lean tissue while many studies show fat loss from 36 h fasts without losing any lean tissue!
The obese will lose loose skin while fasting, but the frail will have increased growth hormone release, which helps to make more lean tissue and reduce frailness.
Fasts of 36-96 will not affect short term female fertility or affect menstrual cycle. They also may increase long term fertility issues for some women.
Fasting reduces pain and anxiety by stimulating the endocannabinoid system, just like the effect of CBD oil
Just 24h of fasting can cut your leptin levels in half! This reduces leptin resistance, which impairs immune function.
Your brain also prefers to burn ketones at a rate of around 2.5 to 1 when they are available in equal quantity to glucose. Except for brief periods of very intense exercise, your body mainly burns fats in the form of free fatty acids.
It increases mitochondrial function and repairs mitichondrial DNA, leading to improved ATP production and oxygen efficiency. Increased mitochondrial function also has the added benefit of increasing your metabolism, fighting infection and cancer prevention!
Fasting releases BDNF and NGF in the blood which stimulates new nerve and brain cell growth. This can help a great deal with diseases like MS, peripheral neuropathy and Alzheimers.
When not in ketosis, the brain can only burn carbohydrate, which produces a great deal of damaging ROS the brain has to deal with.
Fasting also increases telomere length, negating some of the effects of aging at a cellular level.
When you fast, this stimulates apoptosis in senescent or genetically damaged cells, destroying them. Senescent cells are responsible for many of the effects of aging and are a root cause of the development of cancer.
A fasting mimicking diet for 3-5 days in a row also provides many of the same benefits as water fasting. FMD usually has 200-800 calories, under 18 g of protein and extremely low carbs.
Exogenous ketones can aid with fasting, making it easier in healthy people and allowing some people with specific issues to fast in spite of them without worrying as much about hypoglycemia. They also help with dementia and many other issues even if you take them while not fasting!
Glycine and trimethylglycine can also be useful supplements while fasting that won't break ketosis and have many benefits.
Children, pregnant or nursing women should not fast for periods longer than 16 hours. People with pancreatic tumors or certain forms of hypoglycemia generally cannot fast at all. Type 1 diabetics can also fast but it is more complicated and should be approached with caution as it could lead to ketoacidosis. If you experience extreme symptoms of some kind, especially dizziness or tremors, then simply break the fast and seek advice.

Started watching Dr John beginning of 2020. Son was here and went shopping. We went down vitamin aisle and I decided why not. Bought my vit D. Took it everyday. August 2020 at 70 with every comorbidity possible I had covid pneumonia. I was treated in hospital but not admitted. I was very sick for one month but survived. I always believe Dr John might have saved my life. I did know I had been low on vit D as I was tested and prescribed it when treated for breast cancer a few years before.

I have been a vitamin D counselor for almost 12 years as a member of the U.S. vitamin D counsel. I wrote several times to my government in NZ to take action on vitamin D levels prior to the Pandemic and received replies acknowledging the problem. Then in 2020 after the pandemic hit us I wrote again, several times urging the government to take action and to create a program of vitamin D supplementation, no need for individual testing because the majority are lower than 60 Nmol/L. each primary care physician just needs to monitor calcium levels where a reaction is thought to be possible. - No response to any of my communication. This speaks volumes about the government's attitude. It is shameful! The people I wrote to were health politicians but they referred my communications to the medical professionals (epidemiologists and public health doctors) - these people are shameful and should look now at their iatrogenic failure. I believe that they will still adopt this position in another respiratory epidemic. I hope some of these people watch this video - I am going to refer them to it - even though Dr. David Grimes work has been in my references to these medical frauds.

In Canada, vitamin D is added to milk since decades to prevent deficiency in the population because of the lack of sun exposition at these latitudes during winters, Could this be seen as good step in the right direction ? is it enough in quantity, and in coverage (I'am lactose intollerant...) ? Does any other northen country does the same ? should this be part of a global solution: adding vitamin D to common food ? I read once that vitamin supplements are good,, but never as good and complete than the real thing: sun exposition. They are probablly not totally equivalent. However exposing our skin to direct sunlight, without any windows, is...very cold in winter. I notice that in cold and snowy winters, only our face is not covered with something. Could the fact that this only remaining exposed part of our skin when outside was hidden from the sun by the mandatory masks for so long have a negative impact on an allready too low population level of vitamin D ? maybe...That would then need to be added to the very long and censured list of negative sides effects of long term loose masking of the healthy population.

What is a good vitamin d to buy?

    • @ianhodgson3484
      @ianhodgson3484 3 หลายเดือนก่อน

If you don't drink much milk it would be an inadequate amount. Yes sun exposure is better than supplementation but as Dr Grimes and Dr. Campbell would say that it is unlikely that the average person in higher latitudes will get enough vitamin D from the sun. When you add the food (milk) and the sun exposure together you might get enough during summer but not during winter. I know Dr. Cambell takes 8000 IU per day, I take an average of 6000IU per day even in the summer. I can't tell you how much you should take but judging by your comments I would imagine 5000IU would be sufficient. In addition the sun exposure is also important for near infra red exposure - just as important as for Ultra Violet.

We’re both in our 60s, live in northern US (short summers) and have eaten real, unprocessed food, low carb/keto since 2019. Can’t help but wonder if fat utilization from our own cells, particularly when fasting, helps the vit D level in our blood appear to be stellar.
There is no need for sunscreen for normal sun exposure now since skin doesn’t burn readily minus the inflammation caused by sugar.
No shot, worked in a hospital during Covid, haven’t been sick like all the others.

It’s not sugar that causes increased sensitivity to the sun. It’s excessive levels of omega-6 fatty acids (often found in seed oils). I eat mainly meat and fruit, and it was cutting out seed oils that made my early summer sun sensitivity disappear.

Possible insulin resistance in people as well, the fat cells that hold the vit D are in lockdown. Fasting lowers insulin levels and then the fatcell releases nourishment. It makes sense, as people who are constantly snacking all day keep their insulin levels elevated and it maybe lowers for a couple hours.

In my country several doctors lost their contracts with state medical insurance for not taking jabs and several health care professionals were fired because they objected the stupid protocols of treatment with excessive dosages of muscle relaxants and sedatives for those who were ventilated... I'm sure that there were many, who didn't follow the protocols, but most of them did it quietly.

I remember being in hospital as a child in the mid 1960s, for over a year with dislocated hips, and being regularly wheeled outside, in my bed, into the sunshine and left propped up there. You can still watch old black and white films where they did this in many sanitariums, so the value of sunshine and its production of Vitamin D and benefit to bones and health has been known for a very long time.

This chubby (then) 75-year-old, ex-60yr-smoker w/COPD, and 25 hydroxy level between 19-30 (48-75) had a very serious pneumonia battle in May 2019. My hospital discharge documents recommended among other things that I begin Vitamin D3 supplementation. Not wanting to repeat that near death experience I immediately began supplementing with 6,000IU D3 daily. By the time covid arrived my 25-hydroxy level was 50 (125) and it continued climbing to today's level of 70 (175) which is my target. On 12/25/2020 I began the FLCCC I-mask+ protocol for Covid19 prophylaxis (prevention) which included a few other supplements and bi-weekly Ivermectin. On 1/20/2021 I had significant head congestion and took a generic Allegra, the next day feeling perfect went to work as usual. Two days later my Vitamin D supplemented Wife showed obvious covid symptoms, we both began daily doses of Ivermectin and on 1/25 we both tested positive. For me original strain of covid was one night of head congestion, for her 4 days of light symptoms. In neither case were our lungs involved and we will never know how much can be attributed to Vitamin D and how much to Ivermectin. We do know that we will maintain strong Vit-D levels and take Ivermectin at the first sign of any future viral symptoms. Tomorrow I am scheduled to have both a 25-hydroxy and a 1,25-hydroxy test. I will be my 1st 1,25-hydroxy test. I have been advocating Vitamin D3 to everyone possible throughout the pandemic, and this has proven I was on the right track. I specifically remember warning a co-worker that a short time later quickly succumbed to Covid. At one point I had considered buying a case of D3 to distribute at work but decided against it. Wish I had. I imagine this comment will disappear into the TH-cam/Google abyss like many previous ones because I dare mention Ivermectin, so be it.
All of the Ivermectin we have ever used has been an equine version purchased at a local farm store. Currently we have enough on hand for 125 adult .2mg/kg doses.

Loved your story and since It wasn’t taken down makes me wonder what the hell is going on right now? Because it appears that there has definitely been a slight softening in the algorithms and this is across the board not just pertaining to Covid matters. Could be that the tide is turning? I don’t want to get my hopes up but perhaps because the results are an accumulative evidence and the fear might be shifting from us to them?? That would be nice for a change don’t you think?

This makes so much sense a Eureka moment. A couple of years before the pandemic I had breast cancer and chemotherapy. Afterwards they discovered I had low vitamin D levels. I have supplemented from 2018 with regular dexa bone scans. I felt much better. On returning to my healthcare post in the NHS, I worked very close to patients with Covid. Even with so called PPE my department team all got Covid at one time or another. I couldn't work out why I didn't get it, even when patients had it. I saw on average 30 patients a day and was in very close contact doing procedures. It makes sense now it was the supplementation of Vitamin D.

To those asking how much they took, I assume you want to know what is best for you. If you are deficient in D3, then 5,000 to 10,000 daily IUs for three months is appropriate. Then lower it to 2000 IUs daily after that point. In the warmer months, I also recommend 15 - 30 minutes of direct sunlight. Certain times of day and certain geographic locations will either inhibit or enhance vitamin D3 production in skin. And if you are prone to sun burn, I recommend breaking up your sun exposure to two to four different sessions throughout the day to equal 15 to 30 minutes of sun exposure. If this is done daily, it should be enough exposure without risk of damaging your skin. :) Keep track of your levels through lab work.
