We are so lucky to have JP Garu as Telugu person and Indian. Such a humble person with depth of knowledge and sensible thinking. Our society is not using him effectively for sure, not even 10% of it. India needs Congressional Budget Office or Office for Budget Responsibility concept 3. Result- As a democracy which side is correct is not important AFTER the result, as democratic country election results have come, She/he is our CM/PM accept that and try to see how to support them. Debating everyday who is correct is a waste of time, this is not constructive. Our society and educated are wasting a lot of time here. We have to run the country or state, let us see how to support or question the government to get things done or put them in the right direction. 4. Government Jobs - Govt can provide 1 to less than 2% population jobs, wasting time oneself that government not providing govt. employment is completely wrong or senseless thinking. Question the government to create more private or self-employment generating atmosphere and support. 5. Even educated people, not thinking about their MLA/MP or CM/PM just going blind on some party or caste, this is a very sad part of educated youth and expect the country to grow. 6. Important. Don't hate people, focus on issue not people. 7. When some leader did good, appreciate them, otherwise no one will do good as there is no appreciation for good people in the society. This is very important for society and a person for their character. 8. OPS-(Old Pension Scheme Reference below) is very dangerous. Educate yourself, don't support this and educate others. 9. Whom to choose - Who will do the economy development, infrastructure, basic needs for people and very limited instant gratification/freebies. Don't vote based on whether some government will save democracy or other will destroy or other aspects. Economic development is very important once this happens other things will come in place. 10. Young Generation - Try to learn the details just don't blindly debate or take side like uneducated. Take some time to understand numbers. When persuading other listen to the other person completely if there is any important point, accept that as well. Take one problem/topic, try to understand more details and try to find how to get this solved. Bonus - Avoid the media as they are biased, they will disturb you so much your mental health. People with satisfactory income like auto driver family who earns 20-30k pm are also interested in selling their votes.. A family staying nearby to my place travelled all the way from Hyderabad to warangal to earn the money from voting, and not as a duty. I remember the 2014 election, our apartment watchman negotiated with someone over phone to sell their votes and travelled all the way from Hyderabad to Rajahmundry to vote. People are very much interested to make money from voting rather than use it as a democratic tool. God save India.

JP sir always talks about sustainability. We can always tweak the existing system and infrastructure to get that sustainability. E.g : AP state officially announced beneficiaries of Amma vodi are around 80L students. The amount sums up to be 12,300 crores per year. One of the approach we can think of to bring the sustainability is spend the 12,300 crores in improving the facilities and infra at all the institutions. Talking by numbers if there are 50000 institutions all over the state, 24L can be allocated to each institution. Fund the institutions and make them accountable and answerable to the government.
Awareness to the public can only change the mindset of political parties and their ideology.. so kindly share to your friends and family and make them understand what and how will freebies effect.. soon good governance will be borm

Hi Vamshi.. I like the way you do the podcast and have been watching and following your content. Coming to the point, lets all respect people mandate for now. We should do this kind of debate and analysis ahead of polls not after polls. If all politicians are masked and unknown to common people, then there should be some disruption within the politicians to make people realize what and how politicians think about voters and common people.
Thoughts to share... Students are wasting the crucial 25-35 age for government job preparation. We should think about the survival independently by forming groups and creating small business ideas and generate revenue. Just for example 25-35 age (10yrs period ) unemployed population in only TS 50lakhs X 10000 net income per month from groups if they create or any private or self employment then think about the figure 50billion and that if compounded ..... so it's within us to decide whether to wait for government jobs or we should create groups or form as a community to create opportunities for younger and upcoming unemployment solutions.
@@electionsshivampet1354 JP doesn't have a pension for IAS because he hasn't completed 20 years of service. For MLA, he gets a nominal pension, but it's not an index-linked pension like what employee retires with a 40 K salary but gets (index-linked) a 160K pension index-linked.
Would have liked few counter questions to help understand details better. e.g. Political style is one of the major reason for BRS loss which JP sir also mentioned, is political style really matters as long as we are benefiting from govt work. Should that be considered as election factor by people? Such counter questions would enable more details and enrich youth for future elections

CBN had strong opinions on free schemes. People didn't like him. From 2004 to 2024, two decades, Gujarat, Maharastra left our Telugu states far behind in terms of Industrial growth & infrastructure. We are just fooling around IT whereas the rest of the states went far ahead of us in terms of Automobile, Renewable energy, Manufacturing, and Agriculture sectors. AP is being treated in social media like Bihar which is a very sad part.

10 very important Learnings from this Podcast, if this helps you.
1. Understand what happens with your vote and educate people
2. India needs Congressional Budget Office or Office for Budget Responsibility concept
3. Result- As a democracy which side is correct is not important AFTER the result, as democratic country election results have come, She/he is our CM/PM accept that and try to see how to support them. Debating everyday who is correct is a waste of time, this is not constructive. Our society and educated are wasting a lot of time here. We have to run the country or state, let us see how to support or question the government to get things done or put them in the right direction.
4. Government Jobs - Govt can provide 1 to less than 2% population jobs, wasting time oneself that government not providing govt. employment is completely wrong or senseless thinking. Question the government to create more private or self-employment generating atmosphere and support.
5. Even educated people, not thinking about their MLA/MP or CM/PM just going blind on some party or caste, this is a very sad part of educated youth and expect the country to grow.
6. Important. Don't hate people, focus on issue not people.
7. When some leader did good, appreciate them, otherwise no one will do good as there is no appreciation for good people in the society. This is very important for society and a person for their character.
8. OPS-(Old Pension Scheme Reference below) is very dangerous. Educate yourself, don't support this and educate others.
9. Whom to choose - Who will do the economy development, infrastructure, basic needs for people and very limited instant gratification/freebies. Don't vote based on whether some government will save democracy or other will destroy or other aspects. Economic development is very important once this happens other things will come in place.
10. Young Generation - Try to learn the details just don't blindly debate or take side like uneducated. Take some time to understand numbers. When persuading other listen to the other person completely if there is any important point, accept that as well. Take one problem/topic, try to understand more details and try to find how to get this solved.
Bonus - Avoid the media as they are biased, they will disturb you so much your mental health.

I asked many poor people about vote sale... 90% expect money for their vote.. reason is poverty & illiteracy, no knowledge on democracy
People with satisfactory income like auto driver family who earns 20-30k pm are also interested in selling their votes.. A family staying nearby to my place travelled all the way from Hyderabad to warangal to earn the money from voting, and not as a duty.
I remember the 2014 election, our apartment watchman negotiated with someone over phone to sell their votes and travelled all the way from Hyderabad to Rajahmundry to vote. People are very much interested to make money from voting rather than use it as a democratic tool. God save India.

We can always tweak the existing system and infrastructure to get that sustainability.
E.g : AP state officially announced beneficiaries of Amma vodi are around 80L students. The amount sums up to be 12,300 crores per year.
One of the approach we can think of to bring the sustainability is spend the 12,300 crores in improving the facilities and infra at all the institutions. Talking by numbers if there are 50000 institutions all over the state, 24L can be allocated to each institution. Fund the institutions and make them accountable and answerable to the government.

Students are wasting the crucial 25-35 age for government job preparation. We should think about the survival independently by forming groups and creating small business ideas and generate revenue. Just for example 25-35 age (10yrs period ) unemployed population in only TS 50lakhs X 10000 net income per month from groups if they create or any private or self employment then think about the figure 50billion and that if compounded ..... so it's within us to decide whether to wait for government jobs or we should create groups or form as a community to create opportunities for younger and upcoming unemployment solutions.

CBN had strong opinions on free schemes. People didn't like him. From 2004 to 2024, two decades, Gujarat, Maharastra left our Telugu states far behind in terms of Industrial growth & infrastructure. We are just fooling around IT whereas the rest of the states went far ahead of us in terms of Automobile, Renewable energy, Manufacturing, and Agriculture sectors.
