It only takes one nuptial flight season for termites to get pregnant, spread, and settle, and each one has the potential to become a queen. It's almost an impossible battle. Imo it's better to adjust your design rather than prevention.

I think baiting system is better environmentally. With the soil poisoning, there might be a chance that the chemicals used could reach the underground water reservoir, i just don't know how deep the chemicals could reach during rainy season.

We had a cool double sink installed a couple of weeks ago and the installer insisted that it's installed on top of the tile and not flush, or below. Hello po, You can use solignum products po to deal with termites

If you poison the soil and you plan to grow crops on it, won’t the poison be absorbed by the crop and eventually by the people eating from it?
