Love Namgi’s friendship 💜💜 Anyone: Hi Yoongi: Namjoon and I have been together for 13 years😂😂 I think he mentions RM in at least a handful of episodes lol Also Inidigo was a complete MASTERPIECE. That BUSAN concert was a free concert.. it was like their farewell until we meet again after the military service!! There are videos of Suga producing music, or small clips here and there, His D-Day documentary on Disney + is a good source. As a more fun studio video, him producing the groups theme song for "In The Soop" is a good one to watch.
You do realize on this first show, it was a "Test" show? Suga put together a concept. Hybe created a temporary set for the show. Watched this first show. Then management decided to make a Go for Suga's show. They built him a really nice permanent set. I think Jimin was the first member after RM to be interviewed. Suga does interview other Korean stars and celebrities and famous people and singers, etc. Suga is a great interviewer. IMPORTANT. Watch the members in the order they were interviewed.
I believe Jimin was next. And Suga gets a turn too. RM interviews him on his own show. Suga interviews JK last. Once before "Golden". And once after "Golden" is dropped. The first interview is epic. Suga provides JK with a Karaoke machine. Watch the end of the first interview. Then find the additional video that accompanied it. It's epic. Never done before on Suga's show!!

im so happy you guys reacted to suchwita!! i think this is one of the best pieces of content to get to know the members and their story. 53:34 about this question, they can enlist if they’re between ages 18-28 so they can choose around that time but at 28 they must enlist, but then the “bts law” happened (law which allowed kpop idols who have been given the order of cultural merit to postpone their enlistment until they’re 30, and it was called the bts law bc only bts has been given it) so jin enlisted later than planned. the younger members enlisted earlier bc they decided to come back as bts in 2025. also, the government didn’t give them an exemption. for YEARS, they said they were reviewing the possibility, although bts never asked for an exemption, but before they could make a final decision bts announced they were enlisting-which made the government go into a frenzy. they wanted to use bts as pawns to get $$$ but bts said i don’t think so.
57:37 I know what you mean when you say it seems like this conversation was so deep because when they usually see each other they only maybe have time for surface level conversation, and while that may be true if they're passing each other in the corridors of Hybe (there'll be a head nod and a sound), but this is what its like with Joon and Yoongi whenever they spend longer periods of time together. Other members, and even other acquaintaces like Tablo from Epik High, have even commented on how whenever those 2 are in a room together the conversation ALWAYS turns to music and can go on for hours. It's their love language.

Personal opinion: I feel like bts could have gotten exemption from military service IF they were willing to shake hands with the government and be their puppets. But of course bts wouldn’t and decided to go on their own terms. What I believe is a fact is that after bts announced that they were going to enlist, the government then said “oh if you guys need to practice for events or whatever, they’ll be able to take time off to do that”, etc. but as we can see, bts didn’t take that offer and just did the service like everyone else.
I love how you embraced Joonies and Yoongi's extreme talent and their differences in their music and recognizing their lyrics as meaningful. You guy's dont look old enough to experience all the alcohol types they were showing!!! RM was actually so emotional at their last Festa he seemed to be drowning and suffocating with so much feeling. He needed this time right before enlisting to write his music and let out what was inside. I shouldnt of been shocked at his album Indigo, but I was. Im not heavy into the rap side of BTS, but his album moved me!!! He is genius! I think you know by now they want to come back together in 2025. Should we be blessed with their presence, just think how all their individual work will contribute to the entire group! Im like Kev, when I like something I go deep. about the mania or obsessive behaviors they were talking, it's true that people generally are such dopamine seekers, but not everyone can admit to themselves, or even notice if it starts going too far. and although, all people are like that, it's our chemical reactions in the body, but there's so much shaming going on some obsessions which are not conventionally accepted by society... so BTS saying that being ''obsessive'' (=loving something so much) is extremely important in life, it is kind of soothing. especially that fangirling/fanboying is also judged heavily, even that it's hardly different from being a fan of sports for example, still, many people don't understand. so my take is everyone's obsessed, just with different stuff, and that's ok
When Namjoon and Yoongi mentioned the Map of the Soul Tour in 2020, it brought back to how I was feeling back then. Being ARMY since 2014, I was finally going to see BTS in concert for the first time that year. Then the day came when they announced the concert tour was postponed indefinitely, I cried. Later when they announced it was cancelled, I cried again because I lost my chance to see them. I took screenshots of my ticketless tickets for memories 💜💜💜

54:48 No. The government basically created a new law “the BTS law” so that KPOP idols, that have won certain awards, can move their enlistment to a later date. As of right now, BTS are the only ones who have gotten that benefit. There were discussions FOR YEARS, a lot of back and forth, within the government about letting them be exempt (since prestigious musicians and athletes are exempt), but it was a lot of theatrical drama by the government and BTS always said they would “fulfill their duty when the day comes” and a day after their last performance together (the Yet To Come free concert) they announced that they were all going to be going to the military. I’m glad they did, if they didn’t the government would guilt trip them into doing them favours and I think that’s why everyone is trying to take BTS down in Korea, they never succumbed to tyrannies.

Every time I see RM and SUGA talk, I'm ALWAYS like "I GOTS to talk to them about life and stuff one day!" because they're just so insightful and just this episode alone made me realize how much I've actually taken in from them ever since I've become a fan.

That BUSAN concert was a free concert.. it was like their farewell until we meet again after the military service!! No one paid anything including us that got to watch for free on Weverse 🎉🥰😘😍it was their gift to us!! And they didn’t treat a free concert as something they didn’t put their heart and soul into!!! You do realize on this first show, it was a "Test" show? Suga put together a concept. Hybe created a temporary set for the show. Watched this first show. Then management decided to make a Go for Suga's show. They built him a really nice permanent set. I think Jimin was the first member after RM to be interviewed. Suga does interview other Korean stars and celebrities and famous people and singers, etc. Suga is a great interviewer. IMPORTANT. Watch the members in the order they were interviewed.
I believe Jimin was next. And Suga gets a turn too. RM interviews him on his own show. Suga interviews JK last. Once before "Golden". And once after "Golden" is dropped. The first interview is epic. Suga provides JK with a Karaoke machine. Watch the end of the first interview. Then find the additional video that accompanied it. It's epic. Never done before on Suga's show!!

im so happy you guys reacted to suchwita!! i think this is one of the best pieces of content to get to know the members and their story. 53:34 about this question, they can enlist if they’re between ages 18-28 so they can choose around that time but at 28 they must enlist, but then the “bts law” happened (law which allowed kpop idols who have been given the order of cultural merit to postpone their enlistment until they’re 30, and it was called the bts law bc only bts has been given it) so jin enlisted later than planned. the younger members enlisted earlier bc they decided to come back as bts in 2025. also, the government didn’t give them an exemption. for YEARS, they said they were reviewing the possibility, although bts never asked for an exemption, but before they could make a final decision bts announced they were enlisting-which made the government go into a frenzy. they wanted to use bts as pawns to get $$$ but bts said i don’t think so.

57:37 I know what you mean when you say it seems like this conversation was so deep because when they usually see each other they only maybe have time for surface level conversation, and while that may be true if they're passing each other in the corridors of Hybe (there'll be a head nod and a sound), but this is what its like with Joon and Yoongi whenever they spend longer periods of time together. Other members, and even other acquaintaces like Tablo from Epik High, have even commented on how whenever those 2 are in a room together the conversation ALWAYS turns to music and can go on for hours. It's their love language.

Yess pretty much aligned with RM’s music interpretation yess his music is purely artistry he dont go with trends catchy stuff more he truly is timeless artist his music resonates with me the most assurance/self reflection he has me doing is what helped me his musical journey is one of my favourites & will always be hope he finds his right audience who values his artistic music filled with range of genres moving in uncharted territories he’s one unique being & grateful for his music! Check out his 2nd album “Right place wrong person” along with “Indigo” its pure masterpiece!

Personal opinion: I feel like bts could have gotten exemption from military service IF they were willing to shake hands with the government and be their puppets. But of course bts wouldn’t and decided to go on their own terms. What I believe is a fact is that after bts announced that they were going to enlist, the government then said “oh if you guys need to practice for events or whatever, they’ll be able to take time off to do that”, etc. but as we can see, bts didn’t take that offer and just did the service like everyone else.
I love how you embraced Joonies and Yoongi's extreme talent and their differences in their music and recognizing their lyrics as meaningful. You guy's dont look old enough to experience all the alcohol types they were showing!!! RM was actually so emotional at their last Festa he seemed to be drowning and suffocating with so much feeling. He needed this time right before enlisting to write his music and let out what was inside. I shouldnt of been shocked at his album Indigo, but I was. Im not heavy into the rap side of BTS, but his album moved me!!! He is genius! I think you know by now they want to come back together in 2025. Should we be blessed with their presence, just think how all their individual work will contribute to the entire group! Im like Kev, when I like something I go deep. Just know Kev that I've never recovered from stanning BTS, its been years of really investing in BTS and I see them bringing in new

about the mania or obsessive behaviors they were talking, it's true that people generally are such dopamine seekers, but not everyone can admit to themselves, or even notice if it starts going too far. and although, all people are like that, it's our chemical reactions in the body, but there's so much shaming going on some obsessions which are not conventionally accepted by society... so BTS saying that being ''obsessive'' (=loving something so much) is extremely important in life, it is kind of soothing. especially that fangirling/fanboying is also judged heavily, even that it's hardly different from being a fan of sports for example, still, many people don't understand. so my take is everyone's obsessed, just with different stuff, and that's ok

When Namjoon and Yoongi mentioned the Map of the Soul Tour in 2020, it brought back to how I was feeling back then. Being ARMY since 2014, I was finally going to see BTS in concert for the first time that year. Then the day came when they announced the concert tour was postponed indefinitely, I cried. Later when they announced it was cancelled, I cried again because I lost my chance to see them. I took screenshots of my ticketless tickets for memories 💜💜💜

54:48 No. The government basically created a new law “the BTS law” so that KPOP idols, that have won certain awards, can move their enlistment to a later date. As of right now, BTS are the only ones who have gotten that benefit. There were discussions FOR YEARS, a lot of back and forth, within the government about letting them be exempt (since prestigious musicians and athletes are exempt), but it was a lot of theatrical drama by the government and BTS always said they would “fulfill their duty when the day comes” and a day after their last performance together (the Yet To Come free concert) they announced that they were all going to be going to the military. I’m glad they did, if they didn’t the government would guilt trip them into doing them favours and I think that’s why everyone is trying to take BTS down in Korea, they never succumbed to tyrannies.
Really really enjoyed this reaction and I would love to see you guys react to the other episodes for all the members!!! They really give you a look into each member individually at a deeper level and you get to understand them a little more :)
