fun fact: since its release in feb 2017, spring day has never left the top 100 of the melon music daily chart, it's been on there for 7 years now without missing a single day "we won't forget" has stuck around for that long 💛
Last month it was almost about to lose the spot and we got a tweet from the song handle like did u forget me and we armies literally streamed it back and consoled a song.. Like we had a field day on X that day. Queen is now back in I think #85 now last I saw. 😂😂😂😂

All members of bts have donated separately but also as a group for multiple different causes. They always donate secretly and it later gets leaked. They never post about donating just moving in secret and truly doing something good for their own reason and not because they want to show off. I love them so much for that and it made me start donating too.
@katelin6546 none of them donate openly except the ones you have to publicly declare. I will just give one example. Jimin donated a large amount for school during 2016-2017, and he never exposed it. But in 2019, when the school published about it and fans get to know about this that he saved a school from closedown. They donate for different causes but you will never know. During their military they can't donate themselves. But still some of the donations we get to know from Jhope and Jimin. It's from their family member but those organisations disclose it in the media
The US military and Japan were close by 29:45 and offering their assistance, but the government declined their help. Watch the video by Rotten Mango. She explains in depth the actions and responses of the government, the coast guard, the civilians, and the people of korea. BTS donated roughly 1/3 of the money they earned that year. They even visited the families. This was only known when some families revealed what the guys did and how much it meant to them.
🫶🏽 Thank you very much for your reaction, I am a mother, when I saw this, I could not stop crying, thinking about those families, the enormous helplessness they felt, the anger, the anguish and despair.I love the song, and how BTS wanted to reflect the theme in it, the video is very beautiful, and that the 7 of them as human beings, young boys, would be so involved with this tragedy... For me, it's enough to know what they are like as people, committed artists, who don't stay still. They make many donations, especially to education, health, culture, and animal shelters, but we only know when those who receive it have said so. BTS is not just a music group, BTS They are 7 wonderful men who are aware of the world they live in and are concerned about improving it. Thank you, a hug from Spain 💜
The Coast Guards concern was that they looked good. After the ship was basically sunk an instruction was given by higher ups who weren’t present to go room to room searching for survivors. The response from the Coast Guard on the scene was just acknowledgment of the order. They finally told the higher ups that the ship was basically sunk. They asked if everyone had escaped and the people present said yes. They lamented not being able to land a helicopter on deck because that would have been a great picture showing their effectiveness. It was sick.
I think RM wrote the entire lyrics of Spring Day. Spring Day and Lie (performed by Jimin) and Butterfly were RM's first masterpieces. While Jimin initiated the musical and theme concept of Lie but according to him it was RM who wrote the lyrics.
@@Ewa-ps1zu RM and Suga were the only members who wrote the lyrics alongside Pdogg, Bang PD and 3 others who did the production. The lyrics were written mostly by RM. The members say that multiple times in interviews. Check them out. 💜
Spring Day” can be interpreted in different ways, but one thing’s for sure: it’s a moving song. No matter who you think they are waiting for in the lyrics, the love, nostalgia, pain, and loneliness that the song transmits is evident. It never fails to bring tears to my eyes. Whenever BTS performs Spring Day I always remember this praise from a music critic, "an intelligent, compelling & elegantly restrained study of loss and longing'. Embodying nostalgia & sorrow, it opened a new chapter in BTS' aesthetics and lyricism and attracted fans across generational boundaries" 🥹 This masterpiece has never left the Korean music charts since its release in 2017, so powerful!!!
The song Spring Day has a whole new meaning after you become aware of this tragedy. It makes me so angry that the government "sacrificed" these kids for their own gain and am disgusted that the cowardly Captain and the crew left first. I cannot imagine the pain these parents went through (and continue to go through).
Regardless of everything else, the fact the captain & crew (who know their vessel’s configuration & capabilities the best) told so many CHILDREN to stay put and not move…then abandoned them without further instruction was already blatant negligence and worthy of condemnation. To later find out it was illegally carrying too much cargo weight and the vessel had been altered to do so? 🤬
I've watched the documentary about this tragedy and it got me so mad and sad at the same time. All the things they could've done but didn't is just insane. Some students even called their parents while it was sinking. So heartbreaking. I feel for their families and friends
@@joyeetaghosh2209 No wtf,t he population problem in SK has been going on long before the Sewol ferry tragedy, misogynism and sexism are not a curse due to the accident, it is a problem that sk has also been dealing with since before
This video is 'GENIUS' with saying everything with saying nothing! This road BTS was on led to art, literature, politics social in justices and so much more. Investigating their lyrics and MV's is an intrigue and captivating. NEVER take BTS at face value LOL
For the history of the Sewol Ferry i would like you to react to Rotten Mango. She explained everything in details and what happend and all...thank you for the video
@@leesreptilesandaquatics6368yeah, but I think Stephanie had better resources. Connecting with actual victims parents and using the only reliable new station that actually helped families.
aside from not making the MV as just for clout and as a statement about korean politics and the tragedy, it was also mentioned and known in Korea about how a lot of artists got blacklisted when they tried expressing their opinions against the government and especially during the tragedy. they never explicitly said that the MV was about the tragedy and just sorted to saying that the MV was for the viewer's to understand on their own, it is still very much obvious about how they don't want to stay quiet about such opression. so even though they were risking a lot for putting many references of the tragedy into the MV, they just wouldn't want to stay quiet and sit down. they would always do something if they know it's wrong and they will always try to be the voices of everyone.
The problem with those kids that listened to the elders that told them to stay put, is basically because in Asian culture, the young ones are taught to follow the rules and be obedient. Poor kids, they were so proper, believing and trusting these f--king elders, that they payed the ultimate price. The ones who didn’t listen, were the ones who most probably were able to escape with their lives ( as evidenced by the statements of the survivors). BTS were just starting to be famous back them, so they didn’t have that much income, but they did manage to donate 1/3 of their profits back then. It speaks volumes !
Spring day is mainly the reason why i became an army. The music alone is masterpiece already and knowing that theres a story behind it made me realize that bts make meaningful songs and that makes them different from the other singers and my respect for them skyrocketed. Spring day is always be my queen 👑
I see reactors and new BTS fans discovering "Spring Day" for the first time a lot. And with that, they also learn about the Sewol tragedy and the politics behind it, because the fan-made MV explanations are almost always recommended. The injustice that the victims and their families suffered, even till this day, is unimaginable. But at least, more people know. The victims are gone but they are not forgotten. To be honest, I loved the song even before I understood the MV. The music is warm and comforting. The lyrics depict the universal emotions that everyone knows. When I found out what the MV was referencing, I appreciated their artistry even more. Everything was clever, subtle and tasteful. It felt like they were speaking up as much as they could but also tried to avoid taking advantage of the situation. I enjoy all of their music, but this song will always have a special place in my heart. PS: Sorry for the long post. And thank you to anyone who actually read this. Borahae. 💜💜💜💜💜💜💜
As a mom to a little girl, this gutted me when I heard about it a few years ago. In a "disaster ethics" course I took in college 2 years ago, we had to choose a disaster for the project and figure out which ethical points of view were or weren't followed and I was in tears looking up all the information and seeing how negligent the ferry company was, cutting corners just to put more stuff in the bottom of the ferry to make money but causing it to become unbalanced, the captain and everyone leaving the kids to die and saving themselves like cowards, the national guard not doing anything and by the time they did it was too late, the government was just plain evil too. I was in a bad headspace for a couple days after listening to voicemails the kids left for their parents on the cellphones before they died. Tragedy doesn't even begin to cover what happened to the kids on the Sewol ferry and their families.💔💔💔
If there's one thing I can tell you for sure about BTS is that their music videos are always telling a story and you should never just look at it as aesthetics, they always leave clues in their videos.
Great artists have songs that define their career. Spring Day is one of the songs that define the career of BTS. They’re so in touch with us and always try to offer comfort and support through their art. During the pandemic they gave us “Life goes on “ to give us hope, but they also gave us “Dynamite”and “Butter” to sheer us up. “Permission to dance” was next symbolizing we finally see the light of the end of the pandemic tunnel. They’re always there for us. That’s why Army is so protective of them. 💜💜💚💚💚💚💚🫡
That was extremely kind AND genius of them, because of BTS, this song will ALWAYS stay, so theses people will ALWAYS be remembered and that tragedy will NEVER be forgotten 🥺💜I'm glad and proud of them for donating to the poor families who lost their childrens ,my heart broke upon seeing the parents in complete disaster screaming and crying miserably,it hurts so much
Remember in the Titanic movie, usually the captain and the crew are the last to leave a ship when it's in an "emergency" state. They let all passengers go first since they and the ship are both their responsibility. On BTS note, Spring Day has always been one of the many, if not all, of BTS's songs that never left the charts. They've always been so keen and good with their lyrics and music videos especially when it comes to the back stories, concepts, set and all, etc. Also, the pile/mountain of clothes is real.
What’s crazy is that the first time I heard this song I was like okay this is instantly my favorite BTS song and at that time I still didn’t know what it was truly about and it was already my favorite song so when I found out what it was about and watched the explanation videos, it broke my heart. And then I rewatched it again with the new founding knowledge I had and it broke me even more. They put so much love and care into that video. It was so well thought out and so beautiful! I’m literally crying all over again from watching them react to the explanation video. Sitting here asking how do just stand there and watch over 300 children die in front of your eyes and you doing nothing but save your own skin!!!!????? DISGUSTING.
If you guys really want a full deeper dive into what happened, I would FULLY recommend watching Rotten Mangos episode on this. Even though it is a verry long vid it goes into so much detail of what happened 👍🏾 thank you for reacting
That was a well detailed video but DKDKTV also does great bts explanation videos. They don't have all their songs, but the ones they do are well detailed 💜
I love DKDKTVs explanation but when it comes to spring day the way Italian army joined together explanation of the tragedy and the politics behind it with the symbolism in the mv is really well done.

Yall should react to Rotten mango explaining the sewol ferry tragedy i know it has nothing to do with bts exceptfor the song but it would really help yall understand the meaning better
"Spring Day" is a song about a man stuck in a traumatic moment in his life. A man who doesn't want to accept that he can't be reunited with the one he misses most. It's a story about his soul desperately trying to escape the bondage of lost hopes and hurtful memories. In BTS’s official book, BEYOND THE STORY: 10-YEAR RECORD OF BTS, Suga explains how he wrote the lyrics to “Spring Day”: “I hated my friend so much because he just… Walked away. It’s a weird feeling, wanting to see him again so badly, but knowing that it’s never going to happen.” That’s why in his verse, he says, “I hate you so much, you know, because you walked away. There’s not a day, not a moment that I don’t think of you. God, I want to see you so much, but instead, I’d rather forget. It’s not as painful as hating you.” But life goes on, and this story of a man stuck in the winter of his soul takes a fateful turn at a certain point, as he embraces the passage of time and his wounds. At the same time, this is a story about his indecision: whether he really wants, whether he is ready to stop and get off the train of grief or not. Meanwhile, the meaning of spring in Korea has changed, and so have the songs about it. Spring has now become synonymous with anticipation of better days to come, but with the inevitable memory of loss. This is proof that all young people, including BTS, have grown up. Everyone has experienced their own loss. Everyone has their own regrets. But some will not forget, and will grow gardens in their hearts in memory of someone they don’t want to let go of and will never let go of.
Thank you guys for taking the time to check out the Italian Army explanation, I know some reactors preferred the shorter one but this goes much more in depth💜
Hi, I am back. Good reaction, ty. I really appreciate u guys not shying away from the deep explanation video. I love this song. It's so beautiful. I did not cry when I heard the song or saw the video for the 1st time. It did touch my heart though. One of my fav's for sure. The first time I heard the song was in Dear Class Of 2020. If you have not watched pls do. It's awesome. I loved this performance a lot. Spring Day for me is a sad hopeful song. I get melancholy feels from it. I hope u watch BTS Spring Day MV EXPLAINED by bulletproof vibes. It's so good. There are a few explanation videos. Some have more detail than the others. This song is a Queen because it's on the charts so many years(7). Stores play it in Korea because ppl want to remember and never forget. BTS made this one to help ppl remember. I think that's just amazing! After the guys all enlisted recently USA army charted the song to #1 for the 1st time ever in 7 yrs. Cool, right. Yes, Yet to Come has echoes of Spring Day and other MVs. The song is for army so only army will truly get the meaning. This is why many cry watching that MV. The carousel says YOU NEVER WALK ALONE. This is an album name it is also their msg to army from long ago. stay safe. -2019 ARMY NY USA 💜 @psychokitty71 said on 8/3/23 The song itself is not about Spring Day, but about loss and grief. The video, however is about the Sewol ferry tragedy. It was only confirmed by BTS in late 2020 in an interview. There is another explanation, by Italian ARMY that is even more heartbreaking. Italian ARMY's explanation goes more into the actual tragedy and includes footage from the tragedy, from the parents begging someone to save their children and even a clip from inside the sinking ship, where a man can be heard making an announcement that strongly urges the passengers on the ferry to stay put. The video also goes into the cause of the tragedy and it's aftermath. If you guys are strong enough to watch something like that, I highly recommend it, but it's okay if you aren't able to. That explanation video is so detailed and heart wrenching that there are a number of people who can't watch the whole thing. There are also even more details in the MV that indicate that it represents the Sewol ferry sinking than are pointed out in this video. The boys even performed Spring Day on an award show one time, and the stage was made to look as if it was on the bottom of the sea. @beccal.5369 said on 8/3/23 💜🙏Thank you for sharing your heartfelt reaction to Spring Day...... I want to share with you a comment to another reactor from a survivor of the Sewol disaster.. I would like you to hear from him just how BTS has healed him through this song and the messages they have: His name is Chilo Abellon - and this is his public comment in full - unedited - from 2 years ago.......... "I remembered when they rescuing us its so tragic when you see your classmates/friends stuck asking and hearing them scream for help, the screaming and voices of people asking for help while the ships is sinking the scream slowly vanished. When you can’t help them because the water got deeper and deeper while they rescue us slowly. The time that i got rescued only 3 of us survived, my two classmates and i in our and my other classmates stuck in the ships hoping they’re still alive but when the time i heard the news that they’re all gone. It slowly sinking in that all my friends and the other class are gone and will never comeback. I feel guilty when I survived, I’m thinking am i lucky? Or is it not right that i was alive and not them? Do i deserve to live?. Feeling depressed, having suicidal thoughts, every night you can’t sleep because i keep hearing those scream a scream people needing a help but you can’t because your weak and got broken bones. Everything time I struggled to see what life is all about, thinking what if all of my friends survived and they with me survived. It would be dream to see that happening. I struggled to make a good life that i can be proud of because of that incident happened but when i found out about BTS my life changed me because of their music they changed my life the way that i can be proud of and I started loving myself by little by little and finally the day I realize life is so short and the incident happened 7 years ago impacted my life to be a better person and all of our hardships are just a big task for us to make them done and the outcome will be 100 times better the incident happened 7 years ago thought me so many things. The biggest one is don’t forget they might be gone but don’t forget them put them on your heart and like life all of your hardship and your mistakes will not lose or fail you it’s always a win win situation because we always learn from them. Spring day is my number 1 fav song of BTS because I reminisce the things happened 7 years ago while watching the mv and it always help me to keep going in life and do not give up on things that i want to achieve - My name is Chilo one of the survivors of the sewol ferry incident." I truly hope he does not mind me passing on his public comment - but this best shows the power of BTS message. The worst thing about the disaster - the captain and crew fled the ship the morning 9.35 - the ferry did not sink until the night - they left the warning to "not move and stay still" playing on a loop through the ship. Only the children that disobeyed the warning survived. The others drowned as they were so ingrained to listen to authority. The civilian boats that attempted to rescue people were stopped by the coast guard as people would discover the boat was illegally overloaded. Parents on the shore were receiving desperate calls and texts from their children begging for help. And the coastguard did nothing. The only rescue the coastguard made that day was the captain and crew... The people that got rescued were rescued by fishing vessels that got there first before they were stopped...3 years the ferry lay at the bottom as the Govt would not raise it for fear of discovering the truth.... They found video footage taken on mobile phones that were recovered of children wishing their families goodbye. One of the civilian rescue divers later committed suicide after having to recover so many children's bodies knowing that he could have saved them but was forcibly stopped. As a parent I could not comprehend having to live through such a thing. Horrific that your own government would perpetrate and then cover up such a incident... jailing dissenters for protesting. It was proven that there were high officials with financial interests in the ferry. The president colluded with them to bury the truth and hamper investigations... 10000 people in the public eye (reporters, artists, etc) put on a Govt blacklist for speaking about it. BTS went and paid respects to the parents of the victims in 2014 when the tragedy occured. No Cameras - No fan fair - just doing what was right...They also donated approx $100,000 (that year they only earnt $300,000 - they gave 1/3 of their earnings) to help the parents in their fight for justice.... We only found out about the donation years later as one of the parents was sick of all the hatred BTS was always getting and wanted others to know just how decent they are. The MV, The album cover, The choreography all relate back to the Sewol. But The song is about missing anyone you love and are separated from. They have since been singing Spring Day during the pandemic as the world is now longing for a spring day. Spring Day has never left the music charts, to this day it is still in the top 100 charts.... almost 7 years later and this song still speaks to people everywhere. I highly recommend ItalianARMY explanation video "What you still don't know about BTS Spring Day MV" but it is very hard to watch. Footage of the parents begging the coast guard to save their children shattered me.... She actually travelled to South Korea to speak with the parents and compile the video. Sorry this is so long - but I really wanted to pass his comment and information to you relating to your Spring Day Explained video.... with posting your reaction you have helped keep the memory of Sewol alive and maybe others who do not know of it will learn of the tragedy. Thank you for sharing your journey, and helping to spread BTS message.. You are a really nice couple. Sending greetings and love from Australia... BORAHAE💜 #WeNeverWalkAlone
The first time I heard this song I was on a ferry heading towards Seattle and I stumbled upon it randomly through shuffle play on Apple Music. It was pitch black outside and the wind was perfect all I could see were the lights from the Ferris wheel and the city. I cried so hard with my AirPods in on the top deck and I didn’t know why. It was a crazy feeling. People probably thought I was crazy but what I felt at that time was unique. I later learned what this song meant and now cry every time I hear it. Doesn’t matter if I’m on the train, in an Uber, or in class. I will always cry to this.
Not only did they get the crew first, but get this guys, they told the kids to stay where they're at, not to move, instead of trying to get out, like they wanted to. 😢
Spring Day is my no1 BTS song. On first listen, not even undestanding the lyrics yet, there was already that feeling of being comforted so I striaght away loved the song. Then, I interpreted it as a love song, being baby ARMY thinking that BTS ballad songs involved relationships of the opposite sex or even any gender up until I watched the MV and finally being able to fully understand the meaning and what it represented, understanding how BTS are truly the voice of anyone, my love for this song grew even more and my respect for BTS went 1000% (if there is even such a thing). So when BTS performed Spring Day during their Busan concert and me being one of the lucky ones to attend that concert, waaah, I was an emotional wreck, chills went everywhere in my body. I cannot describe how I felt. That feeling which will stay with me forever!
BTS is a softpower in SK now. In reality, the current government n media doesn't like BTS coz they can't get any advantage over them. So they always trying to sabotage them. The current affairs over there will give you an idea. But Army's got their back!!
thats why i say, if u follow BTS mv and song..its always have a meaning behind it..the story that BTS want tell their fan and people who want to know..they didnt coming with normal song, love or heart break song..but their song beyond than that...thats make BTS different..truly,just know them deeper and and focus on their story..what they want tell by their song...dont watch BTS song like others, but its didnt same...i hope u guys understand what i say about them oneday, and u realize it too💜💜💜💜💜..tq for react to our BTS💜
If you guys are really interested in learning about the full story of the Sewol Ferry, a channel called Rotten Mango has an almost 2 hour long video/podcast that you can watch where she goes into depth and full detail about the entire story. This video does cover the surface of it, but there is so much more than just that. It's truly heartbreaking and will change your perspective on the view of Korea OUTSIDE of BTS and kpop. you don't have to do a reaction on it, but i know a lot of people would love to watch along.
The New Yorker has a Video on this as well that goes in deep also!! It's hard to watch, but explains everything that happeend in a timeline with video and explanations
You have to consider the irony of the man in the explanation vid was saying "Young people will change society for the better" while being the very same people that are now attacking Suga.
From the bottom of my heart, thank you for doing this reaction video. It makes me cry, and I miss BTS so much. 😭🙏 BTS are such amazing artists. They use their platform for their songs with a good message, and their MVs are meaningful. That's why I really love BTS so much.💜🫂
I read somewhere else that bts only made $300k that year and donated $100k to the parents. They made the donation privately so no one knew until years later when bts was getting hate for something else, the parents came out and disclosed it to shine light on their character. I didn’t fact check this. Correct me if I’m wrong
The worst part of the whole tragedy was that a lot of the student’s phones were waterproof, so many of them have been recovered only to discover that the students recorded their last moments, not even realizing what was happening. The videos are out there but I can’t bring myself to watch them. One of the recovery divers also ended up committing suicide after he worked to recover the bodies of those who were left and found students huddled together hugging in their last moments. The news also reported originally that all the students had been rescued, so many of the parents rushed to the docks thinking they’d be reunited with their children, only to witness the ferry sinking and the coast guard doing nothing. It’s heartbreaking and sickening and could have been prevented so so so easily but the government chose profits and reputation over human lives
I love love love this song (spring day) beautiful it's a beautiful and the meaning always makes me emotional and sad when you see what's really going on happened Its hard. Xx
You should watch rotten mango's detailed video about this, it really shows how sad it was but some people we can't even call them people they were like demons they didn't cared a single bit about the students or people.
This story always brings me to tears, its so messed up and very very sad, just seeing the families and how they felt so helpless made me cried so much,I would recommend you to watch the Rotten Mango version, the narrator does such a good job to explain it to you in detail, thanks for the reaction guys
There are so many loop holes in that tragedy , the more you learn about it the more you question gov. Their is. U.S navy ship right beside the ferry and they're even ready to help them but the S.K gov. Refuse to take their help ... They even put sound records that keep telling the students to be in their place , but in reality the crew and captain left the ship. It's so heartbreaking to see all the students still laughing and calling their parents. And says don't ever let their siblings go on a school trip .
When Spring Day came out, there were elections for a new president in korea and during that time they forbid people including artists to speak out about the incident or release songs and bts still did it and released spring day, the song rly is a national anthem that is trending year after year again. Also if you just look at the things BTS did over the years, there are hardly any big people in this world who did so much for others be it people in need or their own fans with all their messages and music for healing.
I still get emotional hearing Spring Day. There are so many references to the Sewol tragedy. The pile of clothing is the clothes of the kids that washed ashore, the shoes that Jimin picks up on the beach, the washing machines represent the ships portals, the train is RM's reference to the Snowpiercer, Omelia's cafe, etc., so sad.
Im glad you guys watched the explanation video. There are some more videos about this tragedy. Its heartbreaking just thinking about all those kids. Some were still calling and sending messages to their parents while the ship was sinking.. they knew they dont have much time. Some of the divers (volunteers) who went down there to bring the bodies of those children have taken their own lives after seing so many children loosing their lives in this tragedy. The adults who should always protect them, did so many things wrong in this case. The captain should always stay behind, but he left (yes that guy in his underwear) asap. There are no words ... and yes even that i am not Korean, i wont ever forget those children .. Thanks to BTS we were informed about this tragedy even here in Europe. Looking forward to more videos, your reactions and thoughts are interesting and entertaining to watch! Much Love !
This song became the one that shows all our longing and pain from ARMY's separation from BTS and promises that when "Spring Day" comes, we will definitely reunite. A song of hope. In December 2023, after the last members enlisted in the military, ARMY worldwide raised the song "Spring Day" to the top of iTunes. A representative of Big Hit Music stated, "It seems that the warm feelings of fans who are waiting for BTS to return as a whole in 2025 after all the members enlisted on December 12th were reflected in the music that brought them together."
This song is so emotional by itself but once you are aware of the Sewol tragedy it just tears you apart. So many young lives lost! Another emotional video you should check out is “Love Wins All” by IU featuring Kim Taehyung (V). It deals with how a person, when they truly love someone, is able to see past any imperfections that might be there and see them as beautiful as they are. It’s almost like a short movie that is set in a time of a world apocalypse. The acting by both IU and V is great and the song by IU is phenomenal!
I know you guys are just a K-pop reaction channel not true crime, but I'd highly recommend Rotten Mango's video on the horrible event. They didn't tell those kids to stay there, because it might tip over even more.
the students were told to stay inside their room and lock the door .Most of them send message to their parents during that moment and its so heart breaking to watch some of the last video from them .
There were multiple ships from others countries who showed up to help…A man that was a Navy Seal on the US ship said he was confident they could have saved them all if they had been allowed to …these people sacrificed the kids because they didnt want it known that they didn’t follow regulations on weight the the ship carried and it not being in good shape…some of the media were threatened if they reported….there is not one part of this that is not severely messed up!

Still.cant get over that fact that somebody of them donated on 2022 but got exposed by the end of 2023 haha that was fun
@@faizasamin13 thank you for this example😌
and how good is it that we are fans of such amazing, giving and generous 7 people.💜💜
Namjoon just put on his instagram a picture of him in uniform singing Spring Day with the song over it. About 4 hours ago...
In his stories? Because I only see ARMYs the one posting videos of it.

That's so messed up 😢.

RM is the main lyricist and composer of the song Spring Day
Nieprawda, tę piosenkę napisał Taehyung !!!
Embodying nostalgia & sorrow, it opened a new chapter in BTS' aesthetics and lyricism and attracted fans across generational boundaries" 🥹
This masterpiece has never left the Korean music charts since its release in 2017, so powerful!!!
I think its curse form those kids parents that sk now face population decline
@@joyeetaghosh2209 No wtf,t he population problem in SK has been going on long before the Sewol ferry tragedy, misogynism and sexism are not a curse due to the accident, it is a problem that sk has also been dealing with since before

Spring day reached its 400s week in melon music chart (Korean music chart). This song is our queen, our Roman Empire
I love the way Yoongi rap so aggressive to calm so much raw emotions so as growl Rapline love them so much
aside from not making the MV as just for clout and as a statement about korean politics and the tragedy, it was also mentioned and known in Korea about how a lot of artists got blacklisted when they tried expressing their opinions against the government and especially during the tragedy. they never explicitly said that the MV was about the tragedy and just sorted to saying that the MV was for the viewer's to understand on their own, it is still very much obvious about how they don't want to stay quiet about such opression. so even though they were risking a lot for putting many references of the tragedy into the MV, they just wouldn't want to stay quiet and sit down. they would always do something if they know it's wrong and they will always try to be the voices of everyone.

Bts has been talking about about such social issues since their debut.
This is my favorite BTS song

The QUEEN "SPRING DAY"💜👸
Queen spring day never leave top 100 melon music chart the day it released still till today after 7 years its in top 100🔥👑👸🥹🥰
We consider this song the Queen. It will always be the most beloved BTS song because it shows BTS' highest purpose.
It’s not as painful as hating you.”
But life goes on, and this story of a man stuck in the winter of his soul takes a fateful turn at a certain point, as he embraces the passage of time and his wounds.
The song itself is not about Spring Day, but about loss and grief.

💜🙏Thank you for sharing your heartfelt reaction to Spring Day......
Spring day is my number 1 fav song of BTS because I reminisce the things happened 7 years ago while watching the mv and it always help me to keep going in life and do not give up on things that i want to achieve
- My name is Chilo one of the survivors of the sewol ferry incident."
I truly hope he does not mind me passing on his public comment - but this best shows the power of BTS message.
I've watched these explanations so many times but every time i get chills and i am filled with rage
And the kids stayed where they were because the Korean culture of hierarchy states that your elders & people in authority must be obeyed at all times.
@djlivvy46 yes, very true.
I miss them 😢
V's voice in this one ❤

If you want to learn more about this tragedy, you should definitely watch stephanie soo's rotten mango podcast on this. It's so good and respectful
RM performt this Song in the Military with the Band where he is in to.💜
I still get emotional hearing Spring Day.
❤❤❤❤❤😊😊😊😊
BTS FOREVER
Mis filicitaciones sus letras siempre tienen mucho significado
Son increibles
I still got goosebumps and cry everytime i watch spring day explaination
Even today Spring Day is played as the anthem in South Korea's annual traditional festival
Much Love !
Spring day still on the melon chart until today
Queen "Spring Day" 👑
This song became the one that shows all our longing and pain from ARMY's separation from BTS and promises that when "Spring Day" comes, we will definitely reunite.
As members enlist and "Spring Day" rises to number one, trees bloom in Korea in WINTER
I reckon listening to BTS and watch the explanation is a must. There are always have something deep inside
I need the whole rotten mango reaction on the issue.. I bet Josh Kim gone have a lot of cursing to do.
I always cry while listening to this song but it always brings peace to me 💜💜
This song is so emotional by itself but once you are aware of the Sewol tragedy it just tears you apart.
You should watch Rotten Mangos video on the Sewol ferry tragedy. Stephanie goes very in-depth about the incident.
the students were told to stay inside their room and lock the door .Most of them send message to their parents during that moment and its so heart breaking to watch some of the last video from them .
BTS 💜💜💜💜💜💜💜👑💜💜👑👑💜👑💜💜👑👑💜👑
There were multiple ships from others countries who showed up to help…A man that was a Navy Seal on the US ship said he was confident they could have saved them all if they had been allowed to …these people sacrificed the kids because they didnt want it known that they didn’t follow regulations on weight the the ship carried and it not being in good shape…some of the media were threatened if they reported….there is not one part of this that is not severely messed up!
