Hi Here you repeatedly said 2 tier model can not be used for two work relationships which is completely wrong information. you must be aware of things before delivering a video content . in two tier also we can create 2 0r more workletahionship provided the system person type and legal employer combination is always uniqe. Also currently oracle has removed the 3tier concept from 21B and currently not in used. In 3 tier we have something called employment terms whose definition is to set terms and conditions to govern one ore more assignments and provided an extra layer to hold information. Thanks
