Good vid, as usual! I have the Sabra Gear Solo 21 arriving within the week, and I'm more interested in carry comfort and ordered it with the hip belt, which I have on the Sabra Mono 48 also. Plus with an internal frame I expect more load haul comfort.
Question.... Can you put that Velcro holster and side arm on that side Velcro in main pocket? I feel like that would be ten times faster then taking bag completely off and fumbling to get straps outta the way to open water bladder compartment ... Also if you leave zips in right spot with compression strap still hooked you could just pull bag in front of you like sling bag and get to firearm. Let me know what you find.
Great video! At the beginning of the video it looked like the pack's hip belt would ride at your upper stomach and not your hips. Is that the design of the bag?
I enjoy your vids, but how is one supposed to pick a backpack (or flashlight for that matter) when you review a new one every week? It makes the selection process a bit confusing for someone who may be new to this stuff.
