    hey man I just want to thank you for telling me about restless leg syndrome and lack of iron
    For a few weeks now I've been supplementing with iron every other day one pill of about 20 to 40 mg and I've seen an improvement
    I always take it on an empty stomach in the morning and I wait until the afternoon to eat something

    i'm a truck driver and I get on average five hours of sleep per night
    However I will say it asleep more on my day off so maybe that's just sleep debt and catching up on it

      As mentioned in this video and others, the body maintains a balance at times so there are natural recovery nights of longer and deeper sleep when others can be shorter and lighter.

      Excessive time in bed is a common cause of insomnia. Many people who need 7 hours of sleep are in bed for 10 hours and struggle to fall asleep or stay asleep through the night because it is not matching their biological pattern of needing 7 hours and going to bed much later.
